Completed in December 2020, this custom 1,875 sq ft home was designed to impress. Built with a steel-framed red iron structure thatâs exposed throughout, the architecture blends rugged strength with modern elegance. Situated on 4 private acres in a gated community, this home is truly a hidden gem. The floor-to-ceiling glass walls frame spectacular views of Tucson, the surrounding mountains, Arizona National Golf Club, and beyond.

While the living area is bathed in beautiful natural light from the expansive windows, each bedroom is equipped with blackout curtains to ensure restful, uninterrupted sleep whenever you need it. Upstairs youâll find another queen bed, a full bathroom, a cozy hide-a-bed sofa, and a quiet workspace with a desk and reading chairs â perfect for relaxation or remote work. Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with bedside chargers, making it easy to keep your devices powered up and within reach â no hunting for outlets needed
Outdoor Living at Its Best:
Step outside to the stunning patio that overlooks the entire city â your front-row seat to sweeping mountain vistas and Tucsonâs glowing skyline. Kick back in the Adirondack chairs with a glass of wine, soak in the desert stillness, or fire up the gas grill and cook your favorite meal while the sun sets in vivid color.
Gourmet Kitchen & Private Setting:
The fully equipped kitchen features a large center island with a 30" electric stove/oven. Quartz countertops with silver specks sparkle under natural light. Youâll have everything you need to prepare the perfect home-cooked meal â including cookware, utensils, pots and pans, dishes, glassware, and small appliances like a coffee maker and blender. Tee Off in the Foothills!
Arizona National Golf Club Just Minutes Away:
Golfers, rejoice â youâre less than 5 minutes from one of Tucsonâs most stunning desert golf experiences. Located just down the road from this Saguaro Sanctuary, Arizona National Golf Club offers a championship course that winds through the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains, with dramatic elevation changes, desert terrain, and jaw-dropping views on nearly every hole.
Whether youâre a seasoned golfer or just looking for a fun day in the sun, this course delivers. Tee times are in high demand, so we recommend booking at least 1â2 weeks in advance â especially during peak season (OctoberâApril). Morning slots offer cooler temps and golden light, but afternoon rounds let you enjoy Tucsonâs iconic sunsets from the fairways. This is more than just a golf outing â itâs a chance to play in one of the most scenic and well-regarded public courses in Arizona. Don't forget to swing by the clubhouse for a drink or a bite afterward!
Locally Managed by Tucson Natives:
Your stay is hosted by Zach and Erika, a husband-and-wife duo who were born and raised in Tucson and are passionate about sharing the magic of âThe Old Pueblo.â Upon booking, youâll receive access to our exclusive Tucson Guidebook â full of curated recommendations for restaurants, galleries, hikes, and hidden gems only locals know.
Come experience Tucson in a home where every detail has been carefully chosen to make your stay relaxing, inspiring, and memorable.

Zach and Erika Walker - The Hosts
Weâre proud Tucson natives who love the desert lifestyle and everything our hometown has to offer. We're a family of four â with two awesome kids and two lovable dogs â and we spend our time traveling, exploring the outdoors, hiking desert trails, trying new restaurants, and enjoying good wine, craft beer, and quality time together.
As avid travelers, weâve stayed in all kinds of unique homes around the world, and thatâs what inspired us to become hosts. We love creating spaces that reflect local culture, thoughtful design, and a true sense of place. Hosting gives us the chance to share the magic of Tucson with others, whether you're visiting for the first time or coming home to familiar desert skies.
Weâve poured our hearts into these properties so they feel warm, comfortable, and unforgettable â the kind of place weâd want to stay ourselves. Weâre so excited to welcome you, and weâre always a phone call away if you need anything during your stay.
Bill Nickerson - The Owner
Retired USAF Major and have lived in the Tucson area since 1974. I was raised on Martha's Vineyard. I have a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, and a Masters in Sanitary Engineering and Public Health from the University of Michigan. I'm a pilot and have always loved flying since childhood as my neighbors owned an airport and it fascinated me. I still love traveling and discovering new places. You're in great hands with Erika and Zach, enjoy!
