Welcome to Hacienda Riad: a unique fusion of Sonoran and Moroccan design.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains surrounded by native desert plants. The home is perfect for relaxation by the private pool and has numerous luxurious touches while being comfortable, unique & casual.

The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a dining room, living room, high end chef's kitchen and an Arizona room. There is Saltillo flooring throughout the home.

The backyard has a private heated pool and hot tub. (Note: there is no additional charge for the pool heating, it is included in the daily rate.) There are also outdoor dining and lounging areas - all with views of the Catalina Mountains. The perfect place to take in the Sonoran Sun (or open up the umbrellas to get some shade) and relax.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed with direct access to a patio with an outdoor bistro seating area. There is also an attached spa-like bathroom with handmade Moroccan Zellige tile shower with a Grohe rain shower and designer vanity.

The 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds and a closet to hang clothes.

The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed along with views of the city skyline at night. There is also a pack-n-play crib stored in the closet.

Off the hallway is the second bathroom which has a tub with bright yellow handmade Zellige tile and a large vanity.

The living room has a 65" 4K Roku SmartTV with a comfortable sofa and 2 chairs. There are pillows and blankets to make it the perfect room for a night in. From the window there are views of the desert landscape with the Tucson city lights visible at night in the distance.

The dining room has seating for 6 with picture perfect views of the Finger Rock.

The kitchen with quartz countertops, a Bertazzoni Induction range, Bosch dishwasher, island, and large stainless steel sink is truly a chef's kitchen. There is also a microwave, electric water kettle, espresso machine, coffee maker, blender and all the kitchen basics. There is a kitchen table with 4 stools. In the backyard there is a Weber propane grill. Everything you need to make an amazing meal and memories.

The Arizona Room (4 seasons room) has amazing view of the Catalina Mountains and the scenic desert landscape that surrounds the home. One side has a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair and deck. On the other end is a sofa, elliptical machine and 2 yoga mats. Perfect place to relax or even do morning yoga.

There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board.

Amazing property! So quiet and peaceful with great view of the mountains, but close to everything! Kids loved the pool and house was stocked with everything we seeded. Would definitely stay again if we are back in Tucson.

We loved the location, as well as the property itself. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful, the views were amazing, and the accommodations were lovely. In addition, the house is really close to a hiking trail head into the Catalina foothills. We will definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing experience at Hacienda riad. The property is absolutely stunning with its handmade tile floors and beautiful southwestern art. The modern conveniences made our stay extremely comfortable. The heated pool and hot tub in the backyard oasis were perfect for relaxing with our family and friends.The owner was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to extend our stay by an extra night. It truly felt like a home away from home. We cannot wait to come back and stay at this wonderful property again. 5 stars all the way!

Great place! I only leave reviews if a place is exceptionally good/bad. We loved this house. It's clean, roomy and has a gorgeous view of the Santa Catalina mountains. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to shopping, groceries, etc. Quick communication with the host. Pool is wonderful and you are able to control the heating yourself, which is nice.

Well decorated super clean place

This house was so wonderful! The beds were so comfortable and the sheets and towels didn’t have a chemical smell which is a big deal for me. The owners took time to make sure the kitchen ware and appliances are nice and new. The pool was great to soak in the hot evenings. It is fenced off if you have a child with you so that is perfect. Lots of birds all around. We had a great time and will be back!

Beautiful and spacious home nestled in the desert foothills in Tucson. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay. The owner responded expeditiously and was very helpful. I would highly this property and will definitely be back!
