Edgewater Resort may well be the last of its kind on Lake Hamilton, offering guests a unique experience.

Back in the 1940s, when Lake Hamilton was first established, there were many collections of Lakeside cottages around Lake Hamilton, so many that there us to an "Association" of Lakeside resorts. Back then the term "resort" was used differently than it is now days. These resorts didn't have pools, tennis courts, Hot tubs or spas.

Like Edgewater Resort, they were simply small cottages, or cabins, in the wooded areas along the Lake shoreline, furnished with enough furnishings for a guest to live comfortably for a few nights or a few weeks. Almost all these Resorts have been replaced with rows of Condominiums along the shoreline.

The cottages at Edgewater Resort have all been updated over the years, so staying in them are very comfortable. And we have tried as much as possible to retain comfortable and warm feel that makes staying at Edgewater feel like coming home.

Regardless of the reason for your stay, our relaxing cabins and quiet surroundings are the ideal settings for your personal sanctuary. Guests at our resort can embark on a variety of enjoyable outdoor activities, including swimming, boating, and fishing. Our location has both a boat ramp and boat docks. We have a variety of accommodations ranging from efficiencies to individual one and two bedroom cabin rentals. Each cabin has a full kitchen, ample towels and linens, individual heating and air-conditioning, and cable television. We are proud of our beautiful resort on the lake and we are pleased to share these relaxing and peaceful cabins with you.
