Enjoy the luxury of Oceanfront Living! Incredible Views of the Ocean that will not disappoint. With 4 Bedrooms and 4 Full Baths, this unit sleeps 10! Balcony overlooking the Ocean and Swim up Cabana Bar and Grill.

Complimentary WiFi, Three heated pools, (Oceanfront; Courtyard A; Courtyard B) central hot tub, courtyard grilling stations, two libraries, two fitness centers with state-of-the-art equipment, and a swim up cabana bar and grill with food and drinks (in season). This oceanfront property is a first floor unit where you can clearly hear the sounds of the waves as they crash onto the beach, watch the dolphin pods as they swim by breaking the surface.

Immediately upon walking into Tequila Sunrise, you will be in awe of the views from every room. There is a huge open style floor plan with living area, dining area, and kitchen that has all the basic necessities to make your stay perfect. In the living area there is enough seating for the whole family, a full-size dining room table, bar seating for a breakfast bar and entertainment pieces for everyone to enjoy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, and basic cookware and meal ware for even the most demanding chef. Don't forget your favorite mixers for a fun evening of cocktails on the balcony, enjoying the cool Summer Breeze, or head out for to one of the local restaurants for your favorite Seafood or fine dining.

All of the bedrooms are furnished with comfortable plush bedding and furniture for the whole family to have a restful night of sleep. The master has huge walk-in closet and private ensuite. Two other Bedrooms have their own private baths as well. We have included also a full size washer and dryer appliance for all your laundering needs while away.

Two Assigned Parking spaces so you never have to worry about finding a space! Storage Unit filled with Beach chairs, Boogie Boards, Kids toys, Floats, Corn hole boards, and other accessories for your convenience.

We had wonderful off-season long weekend as a family! It was perfect for us and we had no issues at all. The unit is lovely inside, simple and clean and right on the beach with amazing ocean views. Loved the onsite restaurant but the kitchen was easy to prepare meals in as well. It was very quiet. The refuge walks and beach were amazing. Very safe for elderly parents with no stairs to navigate at all. The unit felt large with very private bedrooms with individual bathrooms. Sunrises from the ocean side and the bay side is across the street for stunning sunsets! Highly recommend!

Overall the property was absolutely beautiful! But, when we arrived the place was filthy! There was sand everywhere, handprints, the windows were so dirty that you couldn't even look out of them. I spent the entire first day cleaning. All of the grills in the common area did not work. The swim up bar was not even open. The dryer took forever to dry our clothes as it needed to be thoroughly cleaned out there was a lot of lint in the bottom. The balcony was our favorite! The views were amazing! Being right on the beach was the best part. Overall we had a great time.

Beautiful!

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful area and condo. Perfect location within the condo building to get to 2 different pools the grills, and of course the beach! Good restaurants nearby, bait shop and small grocery store …. Did I mention the beach? Eric was great to deal with, the condo is spotless the view is priceless!

A Misleading Mess

We were super excited to spend a week here with our family - the condo looked great from the pictures, and there were 3 pools, one with a swim up bar! Virtually everything about this condo was misleading. Upon arrival it was dirty, belongings and dirty towels had been left by the previous guests, the porch was covered in dirt and dead bugs, the TV had greasy handprints all over it, and the floor had food crumbs. I messaged the host regarding the state of it. He apologized and admitted the cleaners never even go out on the porch, but didn’t offer anything in terms of a resolution. In addition, half the reason we booked this condo was for the swim up bar, which ended up being closed and had been closed for 4 years, despite the host advertising it. The fridge water didn’t work and it had black mold, I asked the host for help, he did nothing. The “walk in” closet in the master bedroom was filled to the brim with their cleaning supplies. The remote control for the master bedroom tv was broken in pieces. 90% of the grills in the common area didn’t work and were littered with trash. Lastly, I had messaged the host way ahead of time asking if there were any extra parking spaces or if we should plan on only bringing 2 cars for 8 guests, and he said that there were unmarked parking spots that were first come, first serve. One of our family members parked in one of those spots and got their car towed. Overall, a super disappointing experience and host.

Great Family Trip!

We had a really great time here for our first family vacation together. The accommodations were excellent and the ocean view so relaxing. Everything, from check-in to check-out, went without a problem. Any questions, related or unrelated, were answered with a quick text to Eric, who was very helpful and prompt in his replies. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we will be back!

Excellant Sandbriadge location to unwind

Family vacation with my wife, father-in-law, daughter/son-in-law and my son from Chesapeake Va (about an hours drive) spent a couple of nights with us. Property was as listed, clean and in excellent condition. Kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of dishes. Location couldn't be better. We highly recommend both the property and the owner - we're already thinkingabout our next family vacation here.

We grew up right outside of Richmond, Virginia where we currently reside in Chesterfield County. Amy and I are graduates of UVA and Virginia Tech, respectively. We have known each other since we were kids and now have three of our own! We love spending time at the Beach in Sandbridge and have gotten to love it more and more every time we go!

While I always grew up going to Saint Augustine Florida each year, Amy and I wanted something close enough to home for those long weekends and quick trips! We discovered Sandbridge in 2016 and have come every year since! Their is so much to love here!

We chose this Unit over many others because of the Size of the Balcony, the Views from the Living Room and Master Bedroom, and the proximity to the Beach, Pools, Grills and more!
