Welcome to Gray's Crossing Luxury Retreat! Set on a quiet street on the edge of the forest and directly across from the start of the paved bike path, connecting to over 13 miles of trail this home has everything you need for the vacation of a lifetime! Whether you're relaxing and taking in the mountain air or connecting to a quick Zoom meeting in between rounds on the golf course, this home has you covered!

This magnificent home was built in 2015 and is immaculately appointed with the highest quality finishes and furnishings. At nearly 3200 square feet, this home offers 4 bedrooms (3 en-suite) plus a private loft/rec room, sleeping 12* comfortably. The open floor plan features a gourmet kitchen, dining area and spectacular great room with grand fireplace stretching all the way to vaulted ceiling. The main attraction though, is the 1500 square foot wrap-around deck with a fireplace, outdoor seating and a ping pong table for your enjoyment. The ultimate outdoor living experience!

*Please note, while there are beds for 13 guests, the max occupancy is 10. Exceptions may be made, upon approval, for additional children or adults for an additional rate.

Parking
- Garage: 2 cars, longer vehicles should park in the left bay
- Driveway: parking for 2-3 cars depending on snow conditions. Driveway gently slopes away from house.
