This Beaver Bend retreat is a vacation rental that will quickly become an annual adventure. Located within walking distance of the NEW Choctaw Landing Casino. This three-bedroom rental has plenty of space for up to 10 guests with a large game room. Comprising three stories with decks on every level, Hochatown tower is aptly named given its distinct feeling of a lookout tower tucked alongside a remote forest.
This cabin is not pet friendly.

Located in the immaculate Oak Ridge subdivision just off the Hwy 259A North (AKA the dam road), Hochatown Tower is close to all the fabulous attractions to be found in Beaver’s Bend and Hochatown and is also within walking distance of the NEW Choctaw Landing Casino. Just past Hochatown Tower you will find the beautiful Broken Bow Lake along with easy access to Beavers Bend State Park and all of the fun adventures it has to offer. In the opposite direction you are just a mile from all the area's best restaurants as well as the Stephens Gap and Carson Creek entrances for access to take your lake toys out for a spin.

Surrounded by majestic mature trees for ultimate privacy, this charming cabin reveals itself in a facade of logs and river rock, with covered decks of wood and wrought iron offering relaxing respite from all three stories. Enjoy three bedrooms on the 1st floor including a king bed and two additional rooms with queen beds. The game room has a sleeper sofa along with an air bed to make room for 10 guests. The 2nd floor hosts the living area, kitchen and half bath. The top floor is where all the fun happens. Huge game area with full bath.

Awesome game room and great overall property

Really close to most of Hochatown and close to state park - third floor is what stands out and rest of property great- only caution is be prepared for lots of stairs :)

Great experience

We came for a birthday get away. It was a beautiful property with tons of things to do. The location of the property was not far from other activities and stores which was convenient. The only issue we had was finding it the first night because of how dark it was outside. other than that it was a great time.

Great family cabin

We had ages from 5 to 75. There was plenty of space for all of us to do our own thing. Outside was probably the little favorite. The park was a big big hit. Neighbors are a little close but it didn’t bother us one bit. The third floor with the gaming area was the teenagers favorite. Be aware that there is a lot of stairs. It’s quite a workout with sore legs if you’re not use to several stories. I do not regret this cabin, would highly recommend this one for families of all ages!

Great overall experience!

The cabin and property was just as advertised. The photos were accurate and the property was actually better than expected. All of our group loved the stay at the cabin. It was a great overall experience!

Excellent Stay

The house is beautiful and slept 4 adults and 2 kids perfectly. The cleaning staff was great and the manager is very friendly and helpful. The upstairs game room is a lot of fun for kids and adults. We will be staying here again in the future!!

Where memories are made

Relaxing getaway with my family. We had plenty of space. The 3 levels and the outdoor spaces gave us plenty of room to still not be under reach others toes the entire time. We encountered a few issues while staying here, but the management was quick to fix anything that happened. Couldn't have asked for better response times. The stairs were painful after a couple days. Maybe next time I'd stay in a place with less steps, but honestly it was not that bad for a short trip. I liked that the sleeping quarters are all on the bottom level minus the pull out couch bed that's on the 3rd floor. It's well lit at night with the stringed up lights so you don't feel like you have to retreat in doors after dark. It's an absolutely gorgeous home. We made a lot of wonderful memories while staying there. The amenities are plentiful. Something for everyone. I highly recommend staying with this property management group. If you are lucky you might even see some deer back in the woods, like we did.

Great Location & Family Entertainment

We enjoyed our stay at the "Tower!" My kiddos enjoyed the playlet and hot tub. The firepit was large with plenty of chairs, great for s'mores! Inside, I liked that the bedrooms were all on the same floor and that they were on the bottom floor. I didn't have to worry about kids coming down the stairs in the middle of the night. It also allowed me and my husband to stay up late and play pool in the game room (3rd floor) without waking up the kids. There are a lot of stairs (which is obvious from the pictures). My family and I didn't mind. It was worth all of the entertaining features.

Great getaway!

I traveled with my two children 8 & 10, we visit the area often. But have never stayed in hochatown. This place was perfect for us! Beautiful and peaceful.

Property was what was stated. We had a few minor issues but manager was there and easy to contact. We may not have had any minor issues at all if it hadn't been for the previous people that had checked out that day. We enjoyed it, all 9 of us. Close to local attractions. The only reason we wouldn't stay at this property again is solely due to 37 stairs from bedrooms to game room. Might not seem like much but we definitely burned our Christmas calories going up and down. My 73 year old father was with us and he didn't have any issues. So overall beautiful property and owners and staff were friendly and easy to work with.

Loved this cabin! Definitely recommend!

My and my friends loved our stay! The hot tub was just right, the outdoor fire place was nice, and the game room was the cherry on top. It’s such a cozy cabin & cute too!

Very bad experience the stairs are too high and an accident could be caused when going down, the property is very small, the rooms are very small, the bathrooms were dirty and the shower curtains had mold, the beds were very uncomfortable and creaky for every movement, the televisions did not work, oh the remote controls did not work, the jakizy also had a funny smell, we are definitely not coming back.

Highly recommend

Our stay was fantastic. This place was extremely clean. There was just enough “supplies” to get you by until you could get to the store (toilet paper, trash bags etc) The game room was a hit with the young adults in our group, gave opportunities for spending time together as a family which was great. There were other cabins relatively close to the property. It wasn’t intrusive, but this is not an isolated cabin in the woods if that is what you’re looking for. There are lots of stairs, like a lot. If you have grandma with a bad knee, she’s gonna have to stay on one floor. If bringing small kids, I would recommend bringing baby gates so you can contain them where you are. Property has a great hot tub, fire pit, and playground for young kids. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans. We had an issue with the air conditioning, contacted the property management company and they had someone out to repair the air conditioning within tthe hour. I was very pleased with their responsiveness. I cannot stress again how clean everything was, and how much we enjoyed our stay

Family and kids get away

We had a great time! Spend a lot of time in gameroom upstairs with teenagers and hung out at the fire pit every night😊 smaller kids loved the swingset.
