• No towels or items over the balcony bannister — use chairs or tables.
• Leave your key on the kitchen counter at checkout. $10 fee for lost keys.
• Please tidy up, take out trash, and remove all personal items before leaving.
• Lock all windows and doors when heading out.
• Turn off lights and fans. Set heat to 55°F or turn off AC when leaving.
• Please report any damages right away — we understand accidents happen and will always work with you fairly.
