This place was a dream! Amazing location on the beach and a short walk to Belmont Park. The house had everything we needed and the host was accommodating and quick to respond.

Great family house

We had a great time with our family of 11 staying at this amazing house. Large beds in each room, bathrooms for all bedrooms was great. Enjoyed the large kitchen and family room over looking the ocean. We loved sitting on the patio overlooking the boardwalk and beach.

Beach Front Fantastic

We had an amazing time! The house is right on the beach, with a perfect patio to sit and watch the kids play in the sand from. There are many bedrooms and beds, a big well equipped kitchen, and a jacuzzi for relaxing.

Great house, incredible location

Took the house as a home base for my work team during a conference. House was very comfortable and exactly as advertised. Views and location were incredible and service from owner leading up to our arrival was professional and efficient.

Working on the alley behind would have been nice to know made it difficult to get into the property. But otherwise the stay was great. !!

Property is much older, dated, and wasn’t very clean. They need to do a thorough cleaning of the place including the floors, fridge, bathrooms. I have stayed at much better places in mission beach for less money.

Great location

We had a great time during our stay. The house is in a perfect location, just a short walk to Belmont Park. The management company is always available and quickly responds to any questions. It is in the airport path, so the planes are noisy, but there are fans in the house to help block out the noises at night. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing amazing location!!

We loved our time in San Diego!! It was perfect for our group of ladies. AvantStay was super responsive and made it easy! We had a minor issue getting into the property, but they answered swiftly. Would recommend!

Location is amazing but the flies are terrible in the house. The house is great for a big family. Kitchen is perfect. Washer/dryer needs replaced but overall it was good for our family vaca

great family spot

our family of 4 adult children, spouses and kids really enjoyed the house. it is pretty sound proof; we didn’t hear crying babies at all! also, pretty responsive when things didn’t work

Location is great!

The house is great, but I would not recommend unless it had a huge cleaning. Just feels dirty….. also, needed more comfortable living furniture. The location is a 10/10!

We had a great time at the house. It was spacious and the location was the best. The house is old and needs some TLC. One of the dishwashers and oven didn’t work. The kitchen was well supplied except for Silverware. For the price we paid you expect the kitchen better stocked with spices. The location was great for active teenagers because it had the volleyball courts close by. We loved being together as a family and everybody had a bathroom in their room. Would have been nice to have some rooms with twin beds.

Amazing location!

We had a great time all together at this house and on the beach! The location was perfect. We walked to coffee and had fun at the amusement park just down the beach. Kids enjoyed running back and forth from the beach to the house. Young ones could nap at the house and the rest of us play on the beach. Great family vacation! Would love to see a deep clean and a little update with furniture, but other than that I would say it was an A+ property. Will be back for sure.

Family Vacation

Wonderful location for toddlers to enjoy the beach and still be close to "home" with easy access to parks, restaurants. Spacious living area with great bedrooms, but be aware that the main level bedroom is very small with a double bed. Worked for us though.

Amazing!

Besides being on a beautiful huge flat beach in San Diego, this house had the perfect layout for our group. We had six couples, in this house everyone had their own king bed plus their own bathroom, plus lots of room for kids. It’s not a quiet spot but for us this was fun, lots of great people watching. And having the beach right outside your front door can’t be beat.
