Property Details:

The first floor features a half bathroom and a communal area with a wet bar, a large sectional and a king bed.

The second floor features a front balcony; a sitting area; a large eat-in kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and expansive granite countertops; a gas fireplace; and a family room with a flat-screen equipped with Xfinity streaming and a back deck.

The third floor features a bedroom with two twin beds; another with a queen bed; a full bathroom; a washer and dryer; and a master bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom including dual vanities and a large soaking tub.

NOTE:
-- Due to COVID-19 precautions, please BRING or RENT bed sheets, bath towels, blankets and other linens. Coastal Beach Services and Sheets at the Beach are two local companies that deliver your order timed to your arrival. In terms of sizes, the home has two twin beds, one king bed, and one queen bed on the third floor, as well as one king bed on the first floor. (Linens are only necessary for the beds you intend to use.)
