Graça Terrace

It rained in Lisbon for the whole month of December and the humidity was extremely high. The apartment was painted and cleaned 4 days before this guest's arrival, possibly because the window panes gained condensation and because the shutters were closed, small mold stains appeared in the corner of the windows that spread to the curtains in small quantities. As the guest had already arrived at night with 1h30 late (it was 10:00pm) I didn't realize this situation since the shutters were closed. The guest, instead of sending me the message through the website as it should have been done (she still had a folder with my personal email and my phone number in the apartment) decided to send the message that I never received, to a phone number that I was not the mine and only after 4 days she sent me the message through the website to communicate this occurrence. Instead of airing the room every day for a few minutes, the guest preferred to keep the windows and shutters closed, which made the situation worse. All of this could have been resolved in the same day if the guest had communicated correctly. I would like to say to this guest that, just as she was rightly bothered by the small amounts of mold, I was also extremely upset, as she used the center table in front of the sofa , as a footrest, leaving the paint all scratched.
