Ideal for a Business or Study stay in Paris (MOBILITY LEASE ONLY, more information below - 1 month minimum, 10 months maximum), this 3-room apartment, ideal for 4 people, offers a beautiful living space, a real little corner of paradise in the heart of the 16th arrondissement.
THE APARTMENT
The 55 m2 apartment is located on the second floor (with elevator) of a beautiful Haussmann-style building recently renovated.
Ideal for two roommates, a couple with children or a person who wants to telecommute.
The apartment has just been completely renovated, equipped and tastefully decorated, with modern luxury furniture.
- A large warm living room, with 3-seater sofa bed, coffee table and plasma screen TV.
- A fully equipped American kitchen with microwave, hotplates, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher.
- A washing machine (washing / drying)
- Two bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 trundle bed).
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- A separate toilet.
- WIFI FIBER Internet.
It is a quiet apartment, especially the master bedroom which overlooks a courtyard and ensures nights without any noise.
It is a bright apartment, with lots of windows and therefore full of light.
It is a pleasant apartment to live in because it has just been re-insulated and equipped with heaters so that you feel good there, summer and winter alike.
MOBILITY LEASE
Our listing / apartment can only be booked under a "Mobility Lease" (between 1 and 10 months) and for this reason there are some restrictions in the purpose of the trip that the guest have to cover in order to rent the apartment which are:

- Graduate program
- Studies/ Etudes
- Internship / Stage
- Voluntary commitment in a civil service
- Business transfer
- Temporary assignment in the context of professional activity
If the reason for your stay is one of them, we would be delighted to welcome you. The only proof needed is a letter from the school, company or if you are self-employed a letter written by yourself stating the reason for your stay before your arrival. If for some reason this is not the case, unfortunately we would not be able to accommodate your stay. Please note that tourism is not an approved reason.

Quiet and very secure area, you will have the chance to live in the 16th, one of the chicest districts of Paris, both in the city center but also close to nature since the Bois de Boulogne is just a stone's throw away.
It will give you very easy access to all the monuments that make Paris one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
Above all, it is a very practical area, because all the amenities are at the bottom of your home.
