Welcome to Wells Beach in Maine. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway then look no further. This newly renovated studio condo is the perfect rental. Park your car and never have to use it again as you can walk to the beach, shops and great restaurants. This unit is perfect for 2-4 people and features a queen bed, brand new full size sleep sofa , AC, cable tv, wifi, kitchen with stove and refrigerator. Sit on the front porch and take in the beautiful, marsh views or relax on the shared deck and enjoy the amazing harbor views and spectacular sunsets. This gorgeous condo has everything you need for an amazing, beach vacation.

Beach Getaway!

we came up to Wells from CA to visit family and enjoy the beach. when we came across this vrbo listing it was perfect for us as we would not be spending much time inside. this wonderful little condo by the beach exceeded all our expectations. the location was perfect (i know the area very well so I was super excited to stay here). we enjoyed our time walking the beach every morning and feeling the cool ocean air all night. the owner was wonderfully communicative when we booked the property to make sure we were aware of the size based on the number of us who would be there. 2 adults, 2 kids (11 & 6) it was perfect. Next time we come up to Maine, I will be checking in with the owner to see what the availability is. it was lovely!

Location was perfect! Pictures give a true image of the condo. Bring linens and towels but everything else is included. Jill was always available through email or phone. So accommodating and specific with instructions and assistance. Can’t wait to return.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo. The location is excellent – a 4 minute walk to the beach or a 30 second walk to the deck that overlooks the sea marsh. The perfect place to relax.

Summer’s last hurrah

Having stayed here over the Fourth of July, was happy to end the summer; Labor Day weekend here as well! Lodging offered everything we needed to spend the last few days of summer with family, great restaurants and such close access to the beach !! See you in 2024!

The perfect spot for access to all Wells offers! Quick walk to the beach and Billy’s Chowder House. Minutes from shops and restaurants! Host was very friendly and helpful! Checked in on the ease of our arrival and made herself available if we needed anything! Can not wait to return next year!

A quiet place to stay this time of year.

Our flight in was delayed several hours, we arrived at 10pm. The room was as described. Just as the pictures showed. The owner was kind enough to mention in the pre-check in email that linens were not provided. Since we were flying in she was kind enough to provide a pair of sheets, but we had to pack towels. Never crossed our mind to pack a towel for the bathroom floor, dish towels, or condiments such as salt and pepper packets from any drive thru (a stack of leftover napkins because we didn't get any with our order). Other places we've stayed have always had those tucked in a drawer or basket or hotels have them in the lobby. The room was as described, it was comfortable, cozy, and we were out sight seeing most of the time. But with a few simple amenities I would have gladly given it another star.

Location to beach only a block away. Ammenities could have been a bit more extensive, ie tools for eating lobster. I had a problem with the TV and the owner was on top of it.

The unit was very clean, small but it was all we needed and the location was perfect. A few short steps to the beach, we have been vacationing in Wells/Ogunquit area for the past 30 years. We usually rent beach front, but this was a last min trip for a family gathering and this unit was perfect.

Very clean, however we would have had a little more information, such as knowing that there was ice available for the coolers. There was no extra toilet paper, only half a roll when we arrived. It should also be specified that the coffee machine is a Kurig, and not a bean coffee machine. These are only small details, but still important for the comfort of customers.

My husband and I have been vacationing in Wells for over 25 years. We purchased our summer home in 2014 and then purchased this condo in 2021. We just loved the location of this complex and the shared dock which is perfect to watch the sunsets.
