This Wells Beach cozy condo is just steps to the ocean. This condo is also walking distance to a coffee shop, gift shops, playground and arcade.
This is a one bedroom condo with a queen size bed, as well as a full sized pull out sofa (sleeps 4 comfortably). Fully equipped kitchen including toaster, microwave and coffee maker. On-site parking is available for 1 vehicle.
Many restaurants, shops and supermarket are conveniently located on Rte 1. Short driving distance to beautiful Ogunquit where you can enjoy the scenic views of the Marginal Way or enjoy a show at the Ogunguit Playhouse. Kennebunkport is just a few miles north with a quaint downtown and picturesque views. Other area attractions include Kittery Trading post, the Maine diner, Congdons Donuts and Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge.

Wow just what we like! Spotless, super comfortable bed and layout of unit. Convenient 5 minute ride and also walkable to our kids staying at Moody. Will definitely book again. What a delightful find.

Great Stay

Nice little condo, very convenient to the beach and shops in Wells. Property was excellent and as described. Parking was easy and covered. Host was very communicative and helpful. No hesitation staying here again.

Quick trip to the beach...

Property was clean and with everything you'd need, even impressed with the coffee maker as most of the time they don't work well but our coffee was hot😊 A quick 2 minute walk to the beach!

Everything was as advertised. Cozy and clean place steps from the beach. Good price and great location. My wife and I were in the queen bed and our 15 year old had the pullout couch.

Close to the beach

Property was a little smaller than I expected, but fine for 2 people. It was very clean and steps from the beach as advertised. Building and outdoor sitting areas not soper appealing. But the lication can't be beat.

Really close to the beach

Super close walk to the beach .. small but that what we needed .. .. had everything if you needed to pre pare meals there .. we ate out only stayed 2 nights . But I loved the location .. i wish the view from Our room was better . We could only see the parking and other rooms but again we were there only a few nights so it was nice !

Eastwinds condo

Our family of four recently stayed a few nights in this Eastwinds condo. We’ve spent the last few years staying in this area of Wells, but this was our first time staying at a condo in Eastwinds and we were very pleased, particularly with the cleanliness of the space. Also, the listing photos are accurate, check-in was a breeze, and communication with the owner was easy and responded quickly anytime I sent a message. And again, can’t beat the location. Such a short walk to the beach, a park, arcade, shops, cafes, and restaurant, which is priceless when vacationing with young children. We look forward to going back!

Our stay was great; the rental and location were both great! The place was exceptionally clean, and had pretty much everything we needed. My line criticism is I don’t recall seeing in the listing that linens weren’t included. It was fine, as we were notified prior to leaving, but is a bit of an inconvenience. We weren’t challenged for car space, so fine, but is one less thing we would have liked not to be responsible for. Would also like to make the suggestion of an improved privacy barrier to the bedroom. Difficult if one person wants to turn in early. Thanks!

Relaxing stay

This was me and my husbands third trip to Maine but never been to Wells, beach. We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was very clean and comfortable. Check in was very easy. Communication with the owners was pleasant. The only down side is there is no elevator but we managed We went on several walks around the neighborhood and seen some beautiful homes and the best part is that this place is very close to the beach.

Amazing Views !! What a lovely place

My partner and I stayed here for the weekend! We had a wonderful time in Wells- even at the end of October! The weather was perfect most of the time and we woke up every morning to a beautiful sunrise on the beach! The surrounding area is amazing you can’t miss MaineStreet in Ogunquit! The condo was beautiful and very clean! We had no issues checking in or out! We look forward to coming here again next summer!

Condo in Wells

Although we spent little time in the room, it was clean and comfortable and near the ocean! We stayed during off-season allowing plenty of parking and pretty quiet conditions. Overall, beats a hotel any day! We hope to be back in the future!

Séjour agréable à Wells

Notre appartement était bien situé, près de la plage de Wells, restaurant et boutique. Les lieux était propre et au goût du jour, la cuisine avait tout ce que nous avions besoin, même la literie et les serviettes étaient fourni. Je recommande cette appartement.
