This Wells Beach cozy condo is just steps to the ocean. This condo is also walking distance to a coffee shop, gift shops, playground and arcade.
This is a one bedroom condo with a queen size bed, as well as a full sized pull out sofa (sleeps 4 comfortably). Fully equipped kitchen including toaster, microwave and coffee maker. On-site parking is available for 1 vehicle.
Many restaurants, shops and supermarket are conveniently located on Rte 1. Short driving distance to beautiful Ogunquit where you can enjoy the scenic views of the Marginal Way or enjoy a show at the Ogunguit Playhouse. Kennebunkport is just a few miles north with a quaint downtown and picturesque views. Other area attractions include Kittery Trading post, the Maine diner, Congdons Donuts and Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge.

Great location. Close to Wells Beach and quick drive to Ogunquit and the Kennebunks. Friendly and responsive hosts. Exterior a bit worn down, but nicely decorated interior.

Had a wonderful stay and loved the location so close to the ocean. Communication with owner was prompt and check in/out was an easy process. Wells beach is a great centrally located to explore up and down the Maine coast. Lots of nearby restaurant choices for fresh seafood

The property was clean and well decorated. It could have had more towels. The kitchen was stocked fairly well. The location is excellent! Quiet and close to the beach. The TV only has cable and it can be spotty but the picture quality is good otherwise. Would absolutely book again!

My son and I had a great time at the condo. It was very clean and well-stocked. The condo isn’t huge, but had more than enough space for us. It was closer to the beach than I realized, with a few shops and places to eat within walking distance. A Hannaford is about a mile drive, which was super convenient. The location is close enough for us to have visited Portland, Kennebunkport, and Ogonquit during our trip. As a side note - the beach access near the condo has stairs and a steep ramp. I packed a wagon for our beach supplies that I couldn’t use. If you’re traveling with 2 or more adults, you would be able to carry a wagon down the stairs, but with it being just me and a child, I had to carry all of our supplies on my back. Definitely not a deal breaker, just something to keep in mind. Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo!

This property is great! It's clean, comfortable, and has easy access to the beach and many other amenities, which really helps with young children. Owners are very helpful and quick to respond to any questions you may have.

What a great spot! We absolutely loved it here. Check-in was easy, parking was great, the condo itself was lovely and very clean. It is steps away from a few cute shops, restaurants, and of course the beach. We will definitely be coming back next year. Thank you so much to the owners who share this little getaway.

Relaxing stay

This was me and my husbands third trip to Maine but never been to Wells, beach. We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was very clean and comfortable. Check in was very easy. Communication with the owners was pleasant. The only down side is there is no elevator but we managed We went on several walks around the neighborhood and seen some beautiful homes and the best part is that this place is very close to the beach.

Wow just what we like! Spotless, super comfortable bed and layout of unit. Convenient 5 minute ride and also walkable to our kids staying at Moody. Will definitely book again. What a delightful find.

Amazing Views !! What a lovely place

My partner and I stayed here for the weekend! We had a wonderful time in Wells- even at the end of October! The weather was perfect most of the time and we woke up every morning to a beautiful sunrise on the beach! The surrounding area is amazing you can’t miss MaineStreet in Ogunquit! The condo was beautiful and very clean! We had no issues checking in or out! We look forward to coming here again next summer!

Condo in Wells

Although we spent little time in the room, it was clean and comfortable and near the ocean! We stayed during off-season allowing plenty of parking and pretty quiet conditions. Overall, beats a hotel any day! We hope to be back in the future!

Quick trip to the beach...

Property was clean and with everything you'd need, even impressed with the coffee maker as most of the time they don't work well but our coffee was hot😊 A quick 2 minute walk to the beach!
