White cabinets contrast with black granite coutertops and tile backsplashes to showcase the kitchen's full size, stainless steel, upgraded appliances and abundant storage space. A fully equipped kitchen includes an electric can opener, toaster oven, toaster, Cuisinart 11 cup food processor, 2 (stand and hand held) electric mixers, blender, deep fat fryer and crockpot. Charcoal grilling is on the first floor.

The living room has high end, plush upholstered sofa and love seat, two swivel cushioned armchairs, and a luxurious Q sleeper sofa in soft Sunbrella fabric adding to the cozy living space. So relax and enjoy, we can keep them clean. Be entertained with a 55" 4K Smart Sony Bravia TV. Terrace access is through floor-to-ceiling glass doors.

The open dining area reverals a magnificent floor to ceiling view of Little Lagoon! It is filled with a solid, tin topped table with 8 upholstered chairs. A long breakfast bar has four upholstered, swivel, high-backed chairs.

A beverage center/salad making area has a sink, a free standing ice maker and coffee pot.

Ample storage in the bathroom and customized shelving functionalithy in the closets accommodates a full room of guests and their luggage. Ample storage in the bathroom and customized shelving functionalithy in the closets accommodates a full room of guests and their luggage.The fourth bedroom en-suite bathroom is wheelchair-acessible and contains a single-sink vanity, granite countertop and walk-in shower with multiple handicap bars. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway.

A full-size washer and dryer are tucked away in a double-door hallway closet, so you can leave the sand at the beach!

The low density building (98 units in total) housing PGS Unit 501 is filled with amenities. There is a zero entry outdoor pool allowing for wheelchair accessibility and an exhiliaring corkscrew water slide that is fun for all ages. A separate zero entry, indoor heated pool and two hot tubs are close to the ever important restrooms on the 1st floor. Multiple outdoor charcoal grills are available for grilling your steaks. And, best of all, the Brett/Robinson staff cleans up all the mess of the grill so you can just go enjoy your food! There is a tennis court on the 7th floor, atop the parking deck, which has inviting views of scenic Little Lagoon. There is a wheelchair accessible boardwalk leading down to the white sands of the shimmering Gulf of Mexico's green and blue waters where you can sink your toes into the white sand. The beach is private access. The spacious state-of-the-art fitness center with a full Gulf view is found on the 2nd floor along with a meeting room and the beautiful open lobby featuring a coffee bar and jigsaw puzzle fun.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
