Cherry View Cottage is located on the incredible Naramata Bench and set in a 2-acre cherry orchard. This well appointed home with open living spaces is a perfect place for friends and family to take advantage of the surrounding wineries & orchards. There Enjoy visiting the lake, exploring hiking & biking trails as well as the many other activities in the local area, or better yet relax with a glass of wine while taking in the incredible views of Okanagan lake. At 2,500 square feet over two levels the home has an open flow with excellent separation between bedrooms. On the upper floor there is a stunning master bedroom with a massive ensuite with an amazing soaker tub and stunning views from every window as well as a balcony. This is a perfect room to get ready for a special day. Next to the master is a second well appointed bedroom with two single beds. It should be noted that most guests in bedroom 2 use the master ensuite bathroom as their bathroom. There is more then enough space for these two rooms to share, but something to note for anyone needing complete privacy in the master bedroom. The other 3 bedrooms - two queens and one bed room with two single beds - are located on the first floor and typically share the large bathroom with double sinks on that level. A great feature of this home is that all bedrooms are located to allow for separation of space - a nice feature for multiple families sharing. Fully renovated in 2013, and constantly maintained to a high level, the home has a fantastic kitchen with plenty of areas to relax. This includes 2 patios, a comfortable siting area off the kitchen, and a great living room. Both patios offer excellent privacy- the back patio is particularly nice for enjoying a bit of shade in the peak of summer. Additional features include A/C, plenty of natural sun light, a fireplace, and 55 inch wall mounted flat screen TV for your enjoyment, dining room seating for eight, plus kitchen bar seating and bedrooms with fantastic beds. There is plenty of storage and personal touches throughout. We include free WIFI and cable TV.
You will have access to the entire home and surrounding property. There is a driveway for 2 cars and an additional parking area closer to the road - ideally only for large cars but not oversized vehicles as the road must be kept clear at all times. We have an electronic door key for easy access. Please be aware that there may be a farm vehicle working in the orchard at times. We are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible, yet we respect your privacy, so please call us if you have any questions or concerns.
Important: Our licence only allows for 10 people (2 per room), with the only exception for children under 2, please notify us at time of booking. We have had a problem of more guests coming and staying than originally booked, so if upon inspection there are more guests staying than originally booked (without prior authorization) the damage deposit will be forfeited and all guests will have to leave. An example, if you have booked for 10 guest and upon inspection there is 11 guests staying the damage deposit will be forfeited and all 11 guests will be asked to leave.
Security: We have cameras positioned outside the house for security reasons only.
Pets: Yes, we are pet friendly upon approval PRIOR to booking and there is a pet fee of $50 PER PET.
All homes on the Naramata Bench are on septic systems. This means, except for toilet paper nothing else can be flushed down the toilets and nothing but water should go down the kitchen sink. Baby wipes, food scraps, any kind of oil etc. all needs to go into the garbage.

We are two couples who have been coming to the Penticton/Naramata area both as young children and through out our adult life. We have seen the area grow and diversify, and have always wanted to own a little piece of this idyllic landscape.

We fell in love with this property at first sight, from its amazing setting, enormous views to the feeling of relaxation from the moment you walk through the doors. The property is perfect as a vacation rental with amenities and space for everyone.
