Big Horn BNB is a spacious (615 square feet) clean, air-conditioned, one bedroom suite, with a king-sized bed, private entrance downstairs from private parking, storage for your bicycles or skis, and an EV charger for your electric car! It comfortably sleeps two. Fully furnished including a sofa-bed, fireplace, high speed wifi and two TVs. The suite also has a quaint kitchenette (no stove) that comes with a washer/dryer, in-sink dishwasher, mini fridge, microwave, and some continental goodies. Swim in the heated salt pool (open mid May to October ) or enjoy a BBQ with side burner, on your private patio space.
There are many sights and things to do within a 20 minute drive including: wine tours, many hiking and biking trails, the city of Penticton, Apex Mountain, KVR trail, KVR Heritage Train, and famous Tickleberry's Ice Cream Shop!
So whether it's a day of wine Touring, sitting on a beach, hiking, cycling, or relaxing with a glass of wine, make Big Horn BNB your next vacation destination! We are open all year round!

Beautiful Stay

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay here! Nicki and Paul really put a lot of thought in creating not just a beautiful spot to stay, but also a lovely experience with snacks, wine, and refreshments. Highly recommend staying here!

Check in was easy. The suite is very large and comfortable. Especially the King Bed. The pool was amazing with beautiful views. Nicki and Paul were very thoughtful and left us so many nice welcome surprises.Will return.

Beautiful inside and out

Beautiful location with big windows and a gorgeous view. The suite is beautiful, clean and beyond expectations. There is a pool but we where there in the wrong season.

Amazing place!

The suite was beautifully finished and well equipped with all of the extras to make our stay very comfortable. The hosts were accommodating and very nice to be around. The shared pool was amazing and a great way to start and end the day. I highly recommend this property and we will be happy to return again in the future.

Stunning view and pool

Location is out of town, but being high in the hills overlooking the lake the you are rewarded with a spectacular view and amazing sunsets! The unit is spacious and bigger then the photos show. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need and more. Very clean. Many thanks Nicki amd Paul

Amazing Okanagan Falls Property

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The property is amazing, very comfortable and well appointed. Includes nice little surprises like a chilled bottle of white wine and a basket of snacks. Although we did not use it the pool looks amazing. Nicki is very friendly and inviting. Everything is so well thought out and the property so well equipped that we did not have to call on Nicki during our stay. Bar none this is the nicest place we have stayed. 11/10! Thank You Nicki!

Spectacular stay

There is nothing I could wish this property had that it didn’t. Anything you could think of was already thought of and included. The property is gorgeous, the view was great, the pool was amazing and the host was super kind.

Very clean, comfortable property with nice welcoming touches. We didn't receive check in information until we were there the day-of and had to ask for it. The property management number was going direct to voicemail but they were available via messaging. As this is in a lower suite in the house, expect to hear some noise from above.

The property was beautiful, and the hosts, Nikki and Paul, were absolutely delightful—so kind and welcoming. The pool was a lovely feature; we enjoyed starting our day with a few laps and winding down in the evening with a glass of wine while cooling off. The view was breathtaking and truly unforgettable.It’s conveniently located near vineyards, just 10 minutes from Skaha Park and close to downtown, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and secluded. If you’re looking for a quiet, scenic getaway—not right in town but still easily accessible—this is a perfect spot for a couple or a trip with a friend. Highly recommended!
