Big Horn BNB is a spacious (615 square feet) clean, air-conditioned, one bedroom suite, with a king-sized bed, private entrance (with a few stairs), storage for your bicycles or skis, and an EV charger for your electric car! It comfortably sleeps two. Fully furnished including a sofa-bed, fireplace, high speed wifi and two TVs. The suite also has a quaint kitchenette that comes with a washer/dryer, in-sink dishwasher, mini fridge, microwave, and some continental goodies. Swim in the heated salt pool (open mid May to October ) or enjoy a BBQ on your private patio space.
There are many sights and things to do within a 20 minute drive including: wine tours, many hiking and biking trails, the city of Penticton, Apex Mountain, KVR trail, KVR Heritage Train, and famous Tickleberry's Ice Cream Shop!
So whether it's a day of wine Touring, sitting on a beach, hiking, cycling, or relaxing with a glass of wine, make Big Horn BNB your next vacation destination! We are open all year round!

Private and a lovely view!

We were welcomed with some goodies and a beautiful patio space to lounge in the warm sunshine! The suite was cleaned and stocked with essentials and extras. Very quiet and located between Penticton and the town of Okanagan Falls. We hiked the Skaha bluffs and enjoyed the local wineries!

Beautiful location with big windows and a gorgeous view. The suite is beautiful, clean and beyond expectations. There is a pool but we where there in the wrong season.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay here! Nicki and Paul really put a lot of thought in creating not just a beautiful spot to stay, but also a lovely experience with snacks, wine, and refreshments. Highly recommend staying here!

Relaxing and Beautiful!

We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Nicki and Paul’s B&B. As other guests mentioned, all the extras such as a bottle of wine, snacks and pastries were an unexpected delight. The pool and property are absolutely quiet and gorgeous. We would definitely stay again!

Nikki and Paul met us on arrival and we’re very generous and helpful. Check in was a breeze, and dropping into the salt water pool was excellent! The suite was large and comfortable- definitely high end. Location is great! Loved our stay and looking forward to going back!

Perfect, in every way!

We loved this stay so ++ much. Amazing suite, with so many thoughtful (and generous) host touches. We had absolutely everything we could poss need for our 5-day stay, taking max advantage of the glorious, warm pool and beautiful bbq evenings on the patio. Alos, really appreciated the concience of the EV charger!

Views and Gifts!

My daughter and I had such a lovely stay at this beautiful VRBO! We only wished we could have stayed longer! From the moment we arrived, our hosts went above and beyond—meeting us outside in the dark and personally escorting us to the door to ensure we got in with ease. Their communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly thoughtful throughout our stay.The suite itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well-appointed. We were greeted with a gracious welcome: a bottle of wine, snacks, juice, some breakfast essentials, and the most delightful tarts! The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we truly felt right at home.The view was absolutely stunning, and the backyard is just as impressive—with a gorgeous pool that we can’t wait to enjoy during a future summer visit. This place is a true gem, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!Thanks so much for all you did to enhance our stay!

Amazing place!

The suite was beautifully finished and well equipped with all of the extras to make our stay very comfortable. The hosts were accommodating and very nice to be around. The shared pool was amazing and a great way to start and end the day. I highly recommend this property and we will be happy to return again in the future.

A Hidden Gem

Mid-way between Penticton and Okanagan Falls is Paul’s and Nicki’s hidden gem. The accommodations are spectacular with a comfortable king size bed, nicely decorated and clean suite, and the bonus was the outdoor pool. Paul and Nicki are excellent hosts and we would definitely recommend their place to others. Thanks Paul and Nicki for your hospitality. We look forward to coming back next year!
