● We are local and nearby.

● Located on a mixed residential and commercial main road. There is a bit of traffic in front of the house - completely manageable - you may hear road noise from the living room.

● Walk or ride 11 blocks to St Charles for the street car. $1.25/ride or $3 all day.
● Uber also very easy. $10-15 and 10-15 minutes to get downtown.
● Walk blocks to Magazine and hail a cab.
● Catch a bus a 1/2 block away on the corner.

Base rate is valid for up to 8 guests. Additional guests are an additional charge. Max occupancy of 10.
If you find you have less guests than your original booking, 1 price adjustment may be made prior to your arrival. Refund is 50% of additional guest fee up to 1 week prior to arrival.
25 minimum age for primary renter.

Good location, good house

This house gave us a great opportunity to be centrally located to explore the city. It was clean and functional, and management was responsive to our requests.

Will be back!

The location was excellent, plenty of parking but I didn't even have to move my car. We walked to Tipitina's for some live music and only a few blocks to boutiques and dining on Magazine St. The host was great, friendly and responsive. There was a TV in every room, but we spent most of our time hanging out in the spacious backyard.

Location, location, location with 5 bedrooms..

Stayed there for Mardi Gras 2025, there were 12 of us, plenty of comfortable beds. Kitchen prep area somewhat small, but met our needs. Backyard and great location close to Tipitina's, Napoleon, Rouse's Market and Magazine Street(restaurants and shops).We did not have a car, so a quick walk up to Magazine street gave the opportunity to take public transportation to the "Quarter" and other NOLA neighborhoods...

The host of this property is fantastic! Very responsive. The property is spacious and well-appointed. Convenient to Magazine Street, and also to local grocery stores. Helpful binder of local information. Thank you - we had a great stay!!

Roomy, safe and clean house near the action

Had a great stay here April 2024 during Jazz Fest with 7 of us total. There was plenty of room for everyone to both spend time together and have space for themselves. The house is very close to a lot of great places to eat/drink in every direction, and despite being on a busy street it's actually super quiet inside! The hosts were responsive and made sure to check in; the maintenance crew came by one day to do a little bit of yardwork and were very professional. The only message I'd pass along to others staying here is that the kitchen is a bit underequipped for such a large place. It would be difficult to cook every meal here, but who wants to do that when you come to New Orleans?!

Mardi Gras

We stayed here the weekend before Mardi Gras so we could walk to the parades with our small grand children. The home was perfect and the location was perfect. I was worried about parking, but we did not have any problems parking our vehicles.

We were in town for a set of nights at Tipitana's. Great location for easy access. A little more tired sincebour last stay - but jusybwhat we needed. Comfortable beds - working kitchen.

Beautiful house in safer area

This house was beautiful inside and big enough to fit our large family comfortably. The neighborhood felt safer than other areas and was close to fabulous restaurants and shops. The host was quick to respond and resolve some minor issues. We had a fabulous first time in NOLA!

This property is in a good location central to a lot of cool things New Orleans has to offer. It is spacious with big beds and high ceilings making it ideal for large groups

Perfect for our trip with family and friends

We were all very happy with this great house on Tchoupitoulas! It was perfect for our large party. We loved that it was within walking distance to fantastic restaurants and shopping. The street car on St. Charles was an easy 1 mile walk from the house. The kitchen isn’t amazing, but we didn't plan on cooking while we were there anyway. Beds are comfortable too! The host was very prompt with communication and helping us resolve a very minor problem we had. My friends and family agreed that we plan on returning to this great house, which was perfect for our needs. p.s. - there are train tracks near by but your sleep and stay will not be disturbed by it at all.

40th girls weekend

The house was absolutely amazing. Very quiet, great location. The team was so responsive and we felt so lucky to be in this space!! The only negative was the keypad and entry and exit of the house. It was wonky and sometimes wouldn’t work, but again, the team was super responsive and amazing when we texted them, even at 1am! We would 100% rent this property again and use Pinhas Rentals!

Perfect Location and Property

This VRBO was perfect for our group of 7 - big bedrooms and comfortable living room and kitchen. Very easy to call ubers or walk to your destination! I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location.

House is very clean and well kept. Plenty of room for our family of 8. Even though there is not a driveway there was plenty of available parking along the street. Everyone reported the mattresses as very comfortable. The kitchen supplies ar every limited but we never ate in due to all the wonderful New Orleans cuisine. Very easy to walk to magazine street and a near by park for the kids. We definitely will be staying here again on our next trip.

Perfect for our group of music

This was a great place with a great lication! Our group of 7 men reserved this for a long weekend of music. We had a few not make it due to covid. The beds were all comfortable - room to havg out when not out runnin. The support when I made a call was great. Hoping it is available next time we come down!

Comfortable and great location

We had a wonderful stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was very clean. We had a group of 7 and loved how many bedrooms there were and how there was enough space to spread out. We would definitely recommend someone staying there again.

Few appliances need repair but overall fit the bill

Property is nice and all needed accomodations were available. Coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher were all non usable and toilet had to be flushed a certain way. All super easy repairs. Communication and instructions were good.
