The Space:
This newly constructed home embodies the essence of contemporary grandeur. Filled with features like a private heated pool with built-in hot tub, black marbled kitchen counters, and 24 foot ceilings, this space was designed for a large group looking for luxury in NOLA. Whether it's with your friends, family, or colleagues, you'll find something that suites you here.

-There is one additional room in the home that contain 1 daybed with trundle. For clarity, this is not bedroom. Rather, this is a room with a door that can be closed for additional privacy. They are labeled as an “Office” above.

The entire house, including outdoor space, is reserved for your exclusive use.

The Neighborhood:
At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. Or simply walk the other direction and tour around the CBD where some of New Orleans' best restaurants await. While this charming part of town provides a tranquil refuge from the thrill of French Quarter, it is truly a destination in itself.

All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.

Getting Around:
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in the beautiful Lower Garden District while still close to most major sites. We are a 5-10 minute drive to the WWII Museum, a 15 minute walk to the St Charles at Felicity streetcar stop. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 8-18 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 
-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  
-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 
-Pets are not allowed at this property. 
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless; there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
