Big Dog Approved

Finding a place that could accommodate our golden retriever was really tough. This place did and it was perfect! Location was great. Cabin was great. Swim spa was fantastic! The host responded quickly to our emails. You cannot go wrong with this rental.

I loved it!

The cabin was cozy, clean, great location within walking distance to all the attractions. The bed was comfortable, the couch bed not as much. Kitchen was fully loaded. The pool was great and pool service was provided during our stay. What I appreciated the most, was the Christmas tree and decorations! Which made a significant touch to our trip being Christmas time, so thank you for that! I Strongly recommend this cabin.

Nice place

House was nice and pretty clean. We did have a couple bugs crawling around in hot tub room. Probably need to spray and try to seal the floor around the hot tub.

Poolin’ around let down

Not a pool, just a large hot tub with jets that didn’t work and temp was cold so more like a large bathtub. Property was clean and quaint along the creek, just wish weather would have cooperated better.

So disappointed

Every year we stay in the mountains so my son can snowboard on his birthday! His only requirement is that our cabin have a cool hot tub! Ours did, HOWEVER, it was empty except for only a couple of inches of water! We called and they told us they were sorry and they didn’t know why it would be empty! They said to just fill it up. We did! Realized none of the jets worked, nor would it heat up more than lukewarm bath water! After three days of calling and them coming out every morning waking us up at the crack of dawn to try to fix it, they NEVER got it fixed! The part that upset us the most was that one of the guys that was sent to work on it, told us he has worked on it before, and it had a hole in the pump and the jets didn’t work and they KNEW it didn’t work BEFORE we rented it! My son had brought his friend to share his birthday and they were both so excited and couldn’t wait to get in the hot tub when we arrived!! It was such a let down!

We loved the cabin it look so good on the inside and out cabins for you was nice and helpful

The only thing I would fix in the jacuzzi cover and better utensils everything else was amazing especially the fireplace and pool table

Love this place!

This place is absolutely adorable and cannot beat the location! We had a wonderful time here. The only minus was all the hot tub pool jets didn’t work. We would definitely stay here again.

Place

The place is awesome. Beautiful spa-pool indoor and water was warm too. Check in process was excellent. The neighborhood is great, walking distance to everything. The only prob is the communication if you need to ask for a simple question. Little to no communication from the property manager.
