Modern High End Cabin #2 on Horsehead Lake

Roxy Ridge is a very unique luxurious cabin development that boast incredible National Forest and Lake views within walking distance to Horsehead Lake Lodge and Event Center. Roxy Ridge is the second cabin within the development that contains a full kitchen that overlooks the open living room and balcony. The unit has one bedroom, sleeper sofa, and bathroom including a washer and dryer. The balcony will take your breath of the surrounding nature and the tree-top feel of it all. There is also a gazebo with 360 degree views, screened windows, furnished with a fire pit table, couch and 2 chairs to provide a unique experience even in inclement weather. Want a real fire pit. No problem. It is located in the private courtyard next to the cabin and also includes a gas grill with outdoor seating and picnic table. The cabin comes complete with all furnishings including a fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bath and bed linens. Bring your ATV's, UTV's, boats, kayaks,, and dogs! We have kayaks, canoes and peddle boats available for guests to use at 2 private docks, one has a walking trail and the other has vehicle access. Or bring your hammock and simply enjoy relaxing in nature. Whatever your preference we are certain you will enjoy your stay!
We have a J1772 50 Amp EV charger available.

I cannot say enough good things about our trip. The cabin was perfect! Far enough away from the others that you have your privacy but close enough to have a group stay and hang out. The stargazing was just fantastic. The scenery was amazing: late fall leaves on the ground, green moss on the rocks, birds, squirrels, cool clean air. No city sounds. Sunrise and sunset with the Ozarks as your backdrop. A four story lookout tower that allows you to literally have a bird's eye view. Seriously one of the best trips we have been on. The beauty and serene surroundings allowed me to disconnect from tech and reconnect with nature. I'll be back and I'm bringing friends!

Really neat cabin in the woods with secluded feel. We rented all three of the cabins for my family for our wedding at the adjacent Horsehear Lake Lodge. These cabins are really unique and a neat experience. They were clean and the AC ran great even with nearly 100 degree temps outside.

Cozy Cabin in the Woods

We stayed here during a family member’s wedding weekend at the event center down the road. It was the perfect place for us to be in the mix, but able to have our own space too. The cabin had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the outdoor sitting areas. Definitely a great spot for a quiet escape!

The perfect getaway for family or just you and your spouse! Worried about leaving your dog? Bring it! They provide dog bed, bowls, and a safe outdoor kennel! Spend your morning overlooking the mountains from the tower and your evenings in the gazebo! Great hiking is within a hour drive like Glory Hole or Hawksbill Craig! Loved, loved, loved our stay!

Treetop Oasis

The property was beautiful and it was exactly as described. We enjoyed the fire table in the gazebo on a couple chilly nights and loved looking out over the lake from the top of the viewing tower. I really appreciated the well stocked kitchen. This place is great for just a couple to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere or it would be fun to get together with friends and family here as there are multiple outdoor spaces for gathering. Overall the cabin is amazing and look forward to another visit!

Birthday getaway

Staying at this cabin was the perfect choice! We wanted to be surrounded by natural and that's exactly what we got, nature ALL around us. Cabin was the perfect size for the 3 of us and had all the amenities whithin the cabin) we needed. Another thing we enjoyed, was the privacy and quietness, plenty of space between one cabin and the other. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Staycation

The cabin and outdoor setup were absolutely wonderful! Everything we needed was available. The location was quiet and we stumbled on some beautiful scenery on our hikes. Communication with the owner was easy and friendly. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for being a wonderful host.

This is not the first or second time I’ve stayed at this property. Robbie and his family make this feel like home. Always a 5 star experience and the communication is always great as well with any questions we may have. The views from this cabin are incredible and the fireplace in the living area makes the stay even better! We will be back!

Perfect getaway spot

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Everything was in perfect order and every little detail considered. For me and my dog, it was the last stop on a 2-week cross country road trip and we both had the most relaxing and lovely time. Highly recommend everything about Robbie’s setup and hope to be back for a future visit. Beautiful area right on lake; while it is a bit of a drive to some of the area’s best hiking spots it is a beautiful drive so we didn’t mind.

Mine and my wife's families have lived in this community for generations, we have owned this property for 15 years. We decided to build cabins so others could enjoy this area also. We enjoy fishing in Horsehead Lake and the Arkansas and Mulberry Rivers, hunting and ATV riding in the mountains or just driving around enjoying the scenery.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We are only 5 miles from I-40, yet secluded and private. You can ATV, Jeep, hike or bike from our property into the Ozark National Forest. We have private dock within walking distance and another one across the lake.
