Modern High End Cabin #1 on Horsehead Lake

Roxy Ridge is a very unique luxurious cabin development that boast incredible
National Forest and Lake Views within walking distance to Horsehead Lake and the newly developed Horsehead Lake Lodge and Event Center. Roxy Ridge I, the first cabin
within the development contains a full kitchen that overlooks the open living room and glass railed balcony. The unit has one bedroom, sleeper sofa, and bathroom including a washer and dryer. The glass railed balcony will take your breath of the surrounding nature and the tree-top feel of it all. There is also a covered lower balcony with a fire pit table, four chairs and porch swing to provide a unique experience even in inclement weather. This cabin has a firepit, with provided firewood, located in the private courtyard next to the cabin and also includes a gas grill with outdoor seating. The cabin comes complete with all furnishings including a fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bath and bed linens.
Bring your ATV's, UTV's, boats, kayaks, and dogs! We have adult and kids kayaks available for guests to use at at a private dock. Or bring your hammock and simply enjoy relaxing in nature. Whatever your preference we are certain you will enjoy your stay! Loved staying here! Lake was a ways away up/ down a steep hill and I felt like I was encroaching on others space while getting to the dock. With that being said the lake was beautiful the kayaks were easy to use. The fire pit was giant and the amount of wood was much appreciated. The stocked kitchen made it extremely easy to cook anything. The several seating places were nice to get different views of the property. Really enjoyed being here.

It was the perfect litttle cabin for my husband and me. It had everything we needed, was within walking distance of the wedding venue nearby, was clean, and had ideas for things to do while in the area!

Really neat cabin in the woods with secluded feel. We rented all three of the cabins for my family for our wedding at the adjacent Horsehead Lake Lodge. These cabins are really unique and a neat experience. They were clean and the AC ran great even with nearly 100 degree temps outside.

We stayed here for my brothers wedding and this is a Beautiful property! From check in process all the way to check out , Robbie was amazing ! Responded quickly, the cabin was exceptionally clean, and easy to access. The home was stocked in the kitchen, bathroom, and outside area. We loved the fire pit with wood already cut and ready for us . We brought our little Weiner dog with us, and the property accommodated him greatly…Food and water bowls, a dog bed, and even an outside kennel if needed. All of the dogs roaming the property were extremely friendly ! We enjoyed the kayaks on the lake, fishing, the lagoon, as well as the privacy our cabin offered ! The views were great! From every big detail, down to the little ones , Robbie thought of it all ! We will definetly be coming back ! 1000/10. Highly recommended !

Another great stay!

This was our 4th time staying at this cabin, and we had another amazing stay. This has become our yearly tradition to celebrate our tiny maltese’s birthday. The setup is perfect for guests traveling with pets. It is always as clean as places that don’t allow pets, but they have everything your pup could need to make them feel right at home too. I feel like each year we visit that they are always adding new things to the property to give even more activities to guests. I highly recommend this cabin, and I will be booking our visit for next year sometime soon! Thank you for another great stay!

Relaxing Getaway

We had the best stay! From running nearby trails to relaxing in the cabin was the perfect spot for a weekend trip. We got to celebrate a friend’s wedding at the lodge right next door and was perfect walking distance for the night!

Perfect and affordable getaway

The owner was so easy to talk to and extremely nice. The whole process was an absolute breeze. My wife and I brought my dog along, who is an 85 pound Aussiedor, and he absolutely loved it. They had a guest book to write and note it, and my wife and I enjoyed reading through that. I highly recommend this place.

Twenty Year Anniversary Trip

We loved our stay! Everything was as listed except the location of the dock and kayaks. The access to the lake/dock and kayaks is a bit away from the cabin, and down a very steep hill. Luckily we had 4 wheel drive. Even with that, we are already talking about a return trip.

Relaxing little getaway!

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved it here! We also brought along our two pups, with this being a pet friendly place it made it easy and stress free! Definitely a hidden gem and will forsure be planning another trip for the future! 10/10 recommend!!!

Excellent space to get away from it all!

Beautiful location! Steps away from Horsehead Lake Event Center - we were there for a wedding so it was perfect. I would say excellent choice for a couple! A little tight for 4 adults. Outside spaces were Excellent! Quiet and serene. You can see the lake but it is not easy to get to except by car/4 wheel drive or ATV. Would definitely stay again - would be great space to rent all three cabins for friends/couple get-togethers.

Quick kid-free get away

Cute cabin for those wanting to have a relaxing weekend away. Cabin was great, signage for getting places could have been better. The kayaks were available, but they weren’t well maintained and the bin for life jackets was overrun by wasps.

My family and I were there to celebrate my sisters graduation from college. We loved the cabin and my kids enjoyed being in the "forest" they called it. The outside area was great for a small intimate party and my dog enjoyed the area as well!

Treehouse Cabin

We loved everything about this cabin in the trees! It was clean and comfortable and had unique outdoor spaces that were meticulously thought out to invite guests to enjoy the beauty of the Ozarks. The owners paid attention to details and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend in the woods!

Perfect Get Away

It was our second stay at the cabin and as always it did not disappoint. Our host was readily available to answer any questions we had and gave us the privacy we desired. We travel with our pup and the cabin met his needs as well; pet bad, extra water bowl and a stash of dog treats.This is our go to place and will definitely be back.

Thoughtful Stay

Although we typically stay in larger cabins, we gave this one a shot. It was well worth it. The property included with the cabin made it worth it. Everythig was thought through. Clean, organized, and full of everything you need to make the stay comfortable. The view is full of serenity and the outdoor area is perfect for sitting and relaxing in nature with friends or family. Only one bed, and as with any pull out couch, it wasnt that comfortable, but not a complaint at all. The little building next to the cabin was cute, however the firetable inside was out of gas. We would return to this cabin if we stayed in the area again.
