Clean and spacious. Great location. Quiet. We loved our stay here. The only thing that was not up to par was the water pressure in the showers. There was a problem with the ac condensation line that leaked into the kitchen but the host was quick to respond and it was taken care of with mild interruption. Great place for our family of 6.

The unit was clean and comfortable. It provided ample room for a family with children to run around and play indoors when it rained. During sunny days, it was just a quick walk to the beach or pool.

Perfect Stay

The condo was very spacious, beds were super comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Comfort and Convenience on the Island

Kitchen, living, dining and bedrooms were all very comfortable and well appointed. Proximity to pool and beach were also very good. Bathrooms were adequate but dated with small showers with poor shower heads and inadequate water pressure. The toilets wouldn't flush without holding the handles down for several seconds.

This unit is in a very calm and relaxing location. The furniture was very comfortable and the unit was extremely clean. We had everything we needed, and this area is perfect as well as Sailmaker.

Excellent vacation spot

Easy access to beach, pool, and all of Amelia. The condo complex is definitely older but everything was exceptionally clean.

Very nice beach and great for the grand kids (ages 3-6). Pool was very cold and probably only useable later in summer but we are more beach people so no big deal. Condo was ok but needs a bit of refresh. Good location and very good size for 5-6 family members. Host resolved issues quickly and very politely and would rent from them again.

2024 Family Vacay!

Our stay was perfect! The condo was spacious, clean and well appointed. The hosts with Stay Better Vacations go out of their way to make you feel welcome and prepared for your stay in the area. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Beach Getaway

The rental is a very quick walk to the beach which is not crowded and the pool which is partially shaded and a nice escape from the sun. The hosts are fantastic and very quick to respond. The area is beautiful and covered in Live Oaks and Fernandina Beach is a beautiful little town. Can't say enough good things.

This is my second visit to this particular unit. It is just what my family of 4 needed for a week at the beach. Clean, wonderful bedding, nice amenities. Close enough to the beach. Will definitely be back!

Very family friendly

This condo is conveniently located close to both the beach and the pool. Our three kids had a blast enjoying the beach and all of the amenities of the condo development. Amelia Island is our new beach, and we will continue to vacation here for years to come.

July 4th fun!

Interior of the condo was very nice. The decor was great and the rooms were clean! A bit far from the beach and the only view is bushes, vines and trees. Otherwise, good food and fun for the whole family!

Such a great condo

My husband and 4 children stayed in this beautiful property for part of spring break. We were so happy and comfortable there. Everything was so clean and the beds were super fresh (I am very particular about clean sheets and bedding). Stacie was a huge help and communication was great. We will absolutely stay here again. Another great stay at Summer Beach!

Fantastic property a short walk to the beach and pool. Unit was very clean, fully equipped, and extremely comfortable. Not quite as large as the pictures portray, but we had more than enough room for me and my two 20-something sons. Stacie was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Check in was a breeze. We will be back!

Nice location

The location is quite nice with a very quick walk to beach. The accommodation is similar to the photos, except the bathrooms are not as large as they appear in photos. The stall showers are particularly narrow. The long couch could use replacing. We were there in the winter and spent more evening hours inside. The couch is quite soft and the back cushions don't stay in place. Didn't ruin the stay but I would want it updated if I was going back. We were watching college football and like our together time so living room furniture is important to us. Otherwise the condo is as pictured and was very clean.

One Stop Shop for a Great stay on Amelia

Everything as described is what you can expect and more. "The Trio" were actively responsive and engaged with us from the time (almost the moment) we reserved all the way through the day we left. They even addressed an issue that turned out not to be an issue, but they responded to our text before we discovered the answer to the question that I can't remember what it was. The rooms were spacious and 6 full grown senior adults were very comfortable. Thanks, Trio. It would be unfair to single out any one of the three.
