This modernly furnished home is tucked away in the historic downtown neighborhood atop Cherry Hill.

The entire home is tastefully decorated and furnished with one simple concept in mind: We want you to feel comfortable and at home during your stay! Our rental offers lots of space and amenities for guests of any age and is an especially good fit for families. Modern furnishing and tasteful decorations elevate the experience of your stay, giving you the perfect rental for an unforgettable stay!
Accessing the property you will step into a spacious living room with a comfortable couch and love seat as well as a two-person, retro gaming arcade with its own seating and a table with extendable leaf on both sides, which offers additional space to enjoy board or card games, but which can also be used as a dining table for the younger members of your group. For added privacy you can close our two big, old wood-style, sliding barn doors.
Here you will also find a smaller, separate room which we have set up as a laptop-friendly work-space, giving you the privacy and the space needed for home-schooling or as an office during your stay. To complement this setup, we also offer free high-speed internet throughout the house!
Further in the back, you will find our gorgeous, open concept dining and kitchen area, which are surrounded by beautiful, high-reaching windows, facing our patio and backyard. This set-up is especially great for parents, allowing them to keep an eye on their children enjoying the outdoor space at all times. All windows come with stylish shades.
The dining area offers comfortable seating around a modern, dark-wood dining table, with upholstered chairs and a bench, accommodating up to six to seven people.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities and tools needed for home-cooked meals and a true paradise for any cook! The kitchen island offers comfortable seating with our modern barstools, making it a great space for breakfasts and snacks, as well as ample workspace for food preparation. Additional storage space can be found in our separate pantry with another elegant, metal, sliding door.
The hallway leads you from the kitchen area into our second living room, which we have set up as the movie and entertainment room. Here we have a big, flat-screen, smart TV with a brand new SONOS sound system, which is also connected to the kitchen and dining area, as well as the living room at the entrance. You can use this sound system to listen to your favorite music, streaming it from your personal device, by downloading the free-to-use SONOS app, or stream any sound and entertainment from our TV. To complete this grand entertainment room we also have a big and comfortable, L-shaped, couch with a modern coffee table. Sit back and enjoy your favorite show by logging into your personal streaming accounts or use any of our free-to-use streaming services, like Bee-TV. We also have our first half-bathroom here, with a toilet and sink. Through this living room, you will also have access to our two-car garage.
The stairwell leading to the other floors and bedrooms is located close to the entrance, right next to the hallway closet. Each floor has a total of three bedrooms, each one equipped with ceiling fans for added comfort during the summer.
At the bottom, we have the first bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, closet, and nightstand. The second bedroom on this floor comes with a gorgeous king-sized bed, closet, nightstands, and its own flat-screen smart TV. The last bedroom on this floor is equipped with the younger members of your group in mind, offering a bunk bed with a single-sized bed on top, a double-sized bed at the bottom and an additional, expandable double sized bed in the drawer underneath, comfortably sleeping up to three guests.
We also have a full and a half bathroom on this floor. The full bathroom comes with a beautiful walk-in shower, toilet, and sink as well as an additional space heater for additional luxury!
On the upper floor, you will find the fourth bedroom with another comfortable queen-sized bed, closet, and nightstand. The fifth bedroom has another modern king-sized bed, closet, and nightstands. The last bedroom is our master bedroom and the biggest of our sleeping spaces, coming with another beautiful king-sized bed, two big closets, and an attached master bathroom, as well as its own little balcony with a view of the backyard. The master bathroom comes with a gorgeous walk-in shower, toilet, and separate sink and vanity, making getting ready in the morning a breeze! On this floor, we also have the last of our guest bathrooms, with a shower-tub combination, beautiful vanity, and toilet.
We end the tour of this luxurious property with our exterior spaces. Enjoy the outdoors on our elegant patio. The outdoor dining set accommodates up to six around a gorgeous stone mosaic table, with additional seating for another party of eight on the lower level in our backyard. We added a metal abstract, wrapping around the patio for added privacy. Fire up our big BBQ grill with multiple burners, perfect for a friendly get-together. The backyard also offers ample space for games and outdoor activities. Especially the younger members of your group will enjoy our big chalkboard that can be used for artistic expression during your stay. Our small sandpit and patch of artificial grass are great for bean bag toss or similar games, too!
It is important to us to be responsible hosts and to make sure that no neighbors are inconvenienced by our rental or guests. For that reason, we have installed a Noiseaware noise surveillance system, to help us be aware of noise levels at the home. We will reach out to guests should we receive alerts that their groups are being too loud and expect our guests to comply with our house rules, including respecting quiet times.
