Charming Renovated Cottage, 1/2 Mile From the Heart of Downtown Flagstaff

This fully remodeled historic home is located 1/2 mile from downtown Flagstaff, where you can enjoy dozens of restaurants, bars, shops & numerous events at Heritage square. The entire home was renovated & updated without losing any of the historic charm. There are three bedrooms, a master downstairs with a King bed, and two upstairs, each with a queen bed and sleeper sofa for extra guests. The two bathrooms (one attached to the downstairs master and one upstairs) each have heated floors. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer and all of your laundry needs, and a full kitchen with all the amenities of home, making it possible to cook whatever you desire! The front yard is on a beautiful tree lined street & has a large patio complete with table & chairs and a gas fire pit.

*During the summer months, we install window A/C units in the upstairs bedrooms, and a standing unit downstairs, which keep the house nice and cool.

Wow! What a nice home. The cottage has been fully remodeled with all the modern amenities you would expect and more. The heated floors were an amazing touch in the bathrooms and a cold winter morning. The house is close to everything and you are greeted with thoughtful and beautiful surrounding . We were there to ride the polar express with kids and grandkids and we literally needed nothing. We bought some groceries home and we needed nothing else to cook and enjoy family meals together. Beautifully remodeled and comfortable beyond measure.

The kitchen was well equipped and was updated with fairly recent appliances. We enjoyed having breakfast at the house and all the places of interests for us, e.g. breweries, restaurants, groceries were nearby.

Perfect home for a trip to Flagstaff. This home had all the extras that made it perfect. Plus was clean as a whistle. The kitchen was well stocked with even extras for cooking. We never sleep well away from home and our bed could not have been more comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We loved staying in this adorable, comfortable cottage. It is well appointed- comfortable beds, nice linens, fluffy towels, fully outfitted kitchen and more. We enjoyed the easy walk to downtown Flagstaff. The host was easy to work with and very responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Flagstaff Home

We stayed for eight nights in this lovely cottage and found it to be a perfect place for relaxing, for remote work, and for walking to downtown shops and restaurants. There has been a great deal of attention given to details in decorating and equipping the house. Rooms are pretty and comfortable, and the kitchen is terrific for cooking. The neighborhood is also quite pleasant. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely return!

Girls weekend in Flagg. House was perfect! It had everything we needed; extremely clean and well-maintained. We could walk downtown day or night. Great neighborhood also. I would recommend this house for sure!

GREAT HOME IN DOWNTOWN FLAGSTAA.

Wonderfully appointed home with all the attention to detail imaginable! On a corner lot next to a fairly busy street. Fortunately this home is totally soundproof. Only downside and disappointment was exterior/lot.

In Flagstaff for a wedding

I loved how close it was to historic downtown Flagsatt. It is why we choose this verbo. It was an easy walk, The house itself was very clean. A nice kitchen that made meal prep go smoothly. It has decent accomadation for children. It is also very close the Lowell observatory, a great kids park and an easy ride to the Northern Arizona Museum.

Great cottage with everything you need

This house was perfect! Amazingly comfy beds, great bathrooms, luxury linens, top quality kitchen. Lots of options for lounging around - inside and out depending on the weather. Our group all loved staying here. Book it if you can. You won't regret it

Another wonderful stay!

This is the 4th time we’ve stayed in this wonderful house! Twice for the births of our 2 granddaughters, once in January 2023 and 1 time this May. Having this beautiful home in which to cook, entertain and relax after hectic days, was so enjoyable. Karen was wonderful
she was always there to help in any way. Don’t hesitate when you’re searching homes
