Amazing Vacation Condo

The Condominium was very clean and well maintained. It was a perfect fit for my wife and me, our son and daughter-in-law and three grandchildren. The facility is directly on the beach which was exciting for the grandkids to enjoy the ocean every day. We loved the sunsets and all the great restaurants nearby.

Great Spring Break Trip

Best vacation ever!

This condo is even better than the pictures and description! Anthony and Lidia were great in making sure we were pleased with everything. It's right on the beach, withing walking distance to John's Pass and lot's of restaurants. This condo has everything you would want in your own apartment! Hopefully we can all come and stay again!!!

Family Christmas Getaway

We had a wonderful time and the condo was the perfect location and spot to spend the week, instead of in a resort hotel room. Location was great for getting around to different activities or just walking. The beach access is easy and very clean area. There were no problems with anything in the condo and very appreciative of the resources available. We would definitely love to come back again!

This property is beautifully decorated, comfortable, well stocked and has a stunning view! Our time here was fantastic! There are many close restaurants and attractions if you venture out. Family Beach Vacation

Our family enjoyed our visit to this condo fir one week. Anthony and Lidia were in touch before, during and as we were checking out. The beach and ocean front view was perfect! Great beach getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Las Brisas. The condo was immaculate and very well stocked. The views of the gulf are beautiful. Pool area is on the small side but still nice. The beach is right on the other side of the gate and is very easy to make trips back and forth to the condo throughout the day. Madeira beach was quite busy during spring break but we enjoyed exploring the area as it was our first time visiting. Owners have high standards and keep in touch well.

Get Condo and Beach for Family

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything you would need for your stay. Nice balcony with plenty of space and chairs. The two parking spaces were great and were covered. It made it very easy to store beach items in the truck instead of carrying them to the room everyday. It was a short walk to the beach and not terribly crowded. The owners were awesome and checked on us to see if we had questions or needed anything. Within walking distance to places to eat. Loved it and will definitely go back.

Beautiful condo in a great location!

Our family had a great experience at this well maintained, very clean, spacious, comfortable and updated condo. The balcony on this unit awesome, it is large and wraps around the side of the unit, it has ample seating and a table for your enjoyment. The owners are great people and do everything right from the minute you make contact with them (responsive, gracious and informative). Great beach location, you can rent chaise lounge chairs with cabanas right in front of the condo. Great area, lots of great dining, cold cocktails, shopping and activities very close to this unit. If we could rate this with six stars we would!!!

The condo was spacious, the kitchen well stocked for cooking and the view breathtaking.

The owners of this property are very accommodating and gracious hosts. The property is well kept, with two large bathrooms with double sinks, two large walk-in closets and a large wrap around patio. The pool is in the shade a good part of the day if you want to get out of the sun. The condo is close to great restaurants, shopping, dolphin cruise and fishing charters. We saw a few dolphin from our patio as well. The property does only have one slow elevator, however being only on the third floor we often took the stairs anyway. I would recommend this condo!

Best Condo Ever!

My husband and I have been coming to this area for 5 years, and tried several different properties. This is by FAR the best condo we have ever rented. Everything was immaculate! All appliances worked; the beds/sheets were very comfortable; the kitchen had everything you could ever want, to cook in; the view is spectacular; and the condo amenities are perfect for us. Condo owners did a great job communicating, and followed up to insure we had everything we could possibly need. The pool Mtce. co. comes 3x each week, and the property custodian keeps all the outdoor areas clean and tidy. Crossing fingers that we can rent again next year!

Memory lane

I wanted to take my family to the same Madeira Beach / John's pass area that I vacationed with my parents. I was looking to stay in a more upgraded and better furnished / equipped condo than I stayed in years ago. This was the perfect fit. Anthony and Lidia made sure we had everything we needed and more. The unit was clean, comfortable, and we did truly have everything we needed. The corner balcony has beautiful oceanfront view as well as a view of the pool and a glimpse up Gulf Blvd. The corner balcony also has a cross breeze on hot days. Having 2 reserved parking spaces under building near beach access, stairs and elevator was extremely convenient. Being in walking distance to many local hot spots was a must for us, and we even walked to John's Pass. It was a great condo to stay in and show our kids the same awesome beach, restaurants and shops as my parents shared with us many years ago.

Lovely Condo, Questionable Property

The weekend that we arrived was spent tolerating 2 adjacent units throwing beer down from the second and fifth balconies to the pool where intoxicated men were swimming. The paramedics were eventually called due to the over-indulgence of these men. If you are in your 30's or 40's and like to party this is the place to be. We, however, were not in this camp and found it irritating to witness. (Maybe if we were in a unit not so close to the pool it would have been better.) We have been told by the condo manager that there was a property manager that we should have called. We were unaware of this at the time and simply had to tolerate the craziness. This unit is well supplied, beautifully decorated and suited our physical needs. It does not however have ANY beach gear (towels, toys, chairs, etc.). We were charged $30 for a statue that was broken during our stay. We accepted the financial responsibility of the loss. Thankfully we met some dear folks on the beach that made the trip enjoyable. Maybe if we had been there a different week our experience would have been better regarding the overall atmosphere of the property.

Dear Sue in response to the review of your stay with us: We are sorry you encountered a problem while visiting Las Brisas. Each unit is individually owned and operated. However, there is a property manager who overlooks the entire building. Unfortunately, you did not make us aware of any problems until we called you after check-out to inquire about the statue that was broken in the condo during your stay. Madeira Beach is very family-oriented and does not usually attract the "Party Crowd" as some beach areas are known for. One would hope that people in their 30's & 40's would have been more responsible. As you stated, the condo is well supplied and beautifully decorated, but we do not supply beach towels, toys, or chairs. It is very difficult to store beach supplies for our guests and keep the gear in safe and clean condition due to the salt water and ocean breezes. Our unit is one of only five units in the building that overlook the pool and have full gulf views with a wrap-around balcony.

Great stay at the beach

Our family had a great time staying at this condo. The condo was in great shape and the view was awesome. We got to see some dolphins on a couple of mornings sitting on the balcony. The owners are very responsive and do a great job of making sure you have a good trip. We would definitely stay here again.
