We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book here again! Vicki was so responsive and helpful, answering any questions or concerns we had promptly and making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated all the thoughtful extras, like the pack ’n play, wagon, beach chairs, and other amenities that made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. It’s clear a lot of thought went into making guests feel welcome. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!

Upon arrival we were blown away by all the extras the condo offered. This host really thinks about everything. The check in process was easy and we were able to check in early. The walkway straight from the back porch to the pool was very convenient with our kids as well as the walkway to the dog area. We hope to stay here again next year!

You have direct access to the pool just be aware that they play music all day and into the night. The first floor is extremely convenient and parking is easy plus your car stays cool in the deck. Communication is the easiest. She stays on top of everything and is so wonderful to work with! Would recommend and stay again!!

Loved our stay in Panama City Beach. The condo was very clean, and had everything you could possibly need on your vacation. Vickie is a great owner to deal with. Communication was great making the entire process very easy. We travelled with a 5 year old child and 2 smalls dogs and it was a great stay for all of us. We loved the easy access to the pool and it’s great not having to deal with elevators every time you come and go from the condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved everything butttt that loud speaker right outside balcony from 9 till 9 , I did not realize so balcony was unusable. I like quiet mornings on balcony but that is my only problem. Everything else was great.

Very nice, one of the best vacations. Great Grand Kids loved the pool and the beach. However, they were slightly disappointed at the shells available on the beach. Great Tiki Bar!

I can't say enough about this unit and its host. Mrs. Vickie has thought of EVERYTHING. She is hands down the kindest and most welcoming host we have ever experienced and was super helpful throughout the entire process. The unit is exceptionally clean, decorated beautifully and laid out perfectly for the ideal vacation getaway. It is perfect for those traveling with kids/fur babies. I think my favorite part of it was that it is on the 1st floor and you have your own gate to head out to the pool! No waiting for elevators and all that. Thank you, Mrs. Vickie for being so wonderful!

Family vacation

The condo was clean and very well stocked. There was an issue with the water being cut off for a couple hours during our stay and the owner spent us a case of waters and donuts which was very thoughtful and a hit with kids. We would definitely stay here again.

Be careful. Because home was not pristine scrubbed and cleaned when we left such as urine in toilet , and 2 Corndogs left on table ,a burst popsicle in fridge damage fee was kept. I've stayed across the US and never had any problems before till this stay. Not to mention i had emergency appendectomy while there and even communicated to this homeowner. It seems they just didn't want to deal with normal wear and tear. All trash was removed before we left and all laundry in tub as requested on her lease. Never again would I do business here.

Thank you for your feedback. We require all guests to treat our property with respect. Unfortunately, our standard cleaning fee did not cover the extensive biohazard remediation required after your checkout, including pet feces, urine, and human body fluids. Additionally, the security deposit was applied to cover the costs of replacing damaged linens, blood-stained box springs, and broken refrigerator shelves. We maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety for all our guests, and these extra measures were necessary to restore the condo.

Location was great and condo was very clean. The only thing we didn't agree with is the room sleeps 8 people, but there is only 4 places to sit in the living room.
