This condo is a gem. It's clean and comfortable to be in. The kitchen is awesome in that it has everything you need to cook anything. It's the perfect size for two people. I'll definitely stay here again when I return to St. Augustine. Thank you Rob for being a gracious and helpful host.

Lights in the master flashing off and on intermittently. Clock in the living room does not work. Excellent stay! Look forward to coming back.

Very pleased with accommodations. Plenty of supplies were provided. Beach access was literally a few feet from exiting the building. Pool was clean. We will definitely be back next summer!

Very clean, comfortable. Everything we needed was there, including a beach umbrella and beach chairs. Not so much of a beach view from the balcony buy you could see the ocean from one end. The pools and jacuzzi at the resort were pristine. I'd like to move in permanently!

The unit was super clean and was very nice and comfortable. The host was super nice and easy to communicate with. The host left plenty of supplies for our stay. I loved having antibacterial liquid soap at all sinks. High toilets were also nice. I also liked that he supplied a coffee pot as we do not do coffee pods. We like the table and chairs as well as the higher chairs on patio. Nice ocean view on balcony. We loved the seated walk over to the beach. We sat out there in the evenings. Pool was very nice as well. This unit did have elevator access, however, there are steps up to get to elevator as well as quite a walk to unit on 3rd floor. The owner did not have any type of cart or buggy to carry supplies and groceries up. That was a back breaking experience and we had to leave several things in car and take a little up at a time. We noticed that most owners or renters had some type of buggy or cart to load and unload.

This place was amazing. The host made everything super easy and accessible. Great view of the beach. Condo is very roomy and the decor was nice. Had everything we needed. I give them 10 out of 10 stars. Would stay here again.

Overall, our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The property was clean, the host communicated well a head of our stay. Loves being walking distance from the beach. We were able to utilize the kitchen to prepare meals and enjoy sitting on the balcony. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend!

While we were there in late April, the main pool was pretty chilly.. Heated pool was cool but not freezing like the large pool.. from the balcony, you could see the ocean..

The bed was a major problem. There was a big bump in the middle. You could see it even when the bed was made. It looked like someone had left clothes in it when they made the bed. It was really uncomfortable for the two of us. It is a pillow top so we could not flip it. Tried turning it but it did not help. Contacted the owner about it during our stay and got a "sorry" response and they said they would replace it.Both bathroom overflow drains have been patched and you can see the rust around it. We rented this unit as we take baths and flakes of rust and patch are in the water each time. That and the bed made it poor choice for us. The complex halls are dark and smell musty, but it is a short walk from the elevator.The unit is well stocked and nicely decorated. Great location to the beach and pool. Nice beach/pool towels. For entry/exit there is a key pad which works great.

No other guest has commented negatively about the mattress. Some have even commented how comfortable it is, but we replaced it anyway. Literally 100's of guests have given our condo the highest ratings but you can't please everyone.

The condo was very inviting - clean, well furnished, comfortable - and all with a view of the ocean. The owners were very responsive to my emails. The location is excellent for all we ventured out to do in St. Augustine. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay!!!
