Welcome to “Sol Mate” our spacious 3700 square ft 5 bedroom home is just minutes from white sandy beaches (4.5 miles)!!

Heated pool and a putting green to add more to your outdoor play area. Inside features a pool table, foos ball as well as a separate 3 bunk bed gaming bedroom to help the kids stay busy so the grownups can relax.

Palma sola bay is only a couple of blocks away where kayaks , jet skis as well as horseback riding can all be rented so this house is in the perfect area! We even have a Manatee feeding area located at our marina in our subdivision plus being off the beach your not stuck in bumper to bumper traffic !!! 10/10 Exceptional Property!

Where do we even begin to describe how absolutely amazing our stay was at this house! The pictures truly don’t do the home justice. We went there for our kids spring break trip with 2 other families and had a fantastic time! The home is spacious, clean, updated, and very well equipped. The bedrooms were large and had very comfortable beds! The kids absolutely loved the amenities inclining the bikes, pool, putting golf, games in the garage and the large TVs in every room. The location was perfect/ only 10 minutes to AMI and 5 minutes to large grocery stores and a target. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet and safe! We are already talking about when we can book a return visit. Don’t hesitate to book this amazing property!

Bradenton

The house was a great location and spacious with plenty of room for our family. The golf area and covered cabana was very nice to have. Our grandkids loved having the swing too. There are just a few things that need more attention. Gorgeous flooring but just after a few hours upon entering on the first day the bottom of our feet were very dirty like it needed a good scrubbing. Also the small patio door latch didn’t lock. We also had a little problem with the main area thermostat to cool after a few days into our stay. The fire table was nice to have in the evenings but did have a leak and smell of propane. Our main issue was the cold pool. We found on the last day if we cleaned out the skimmer and pump it would heat somewhat better.

Beautiful weather the entire week

House was nice. The back yard with pool, fire pit and chairs was very nice. The front bedrooms in the house are very warm. We would stay there again. Nice neighborhood, real quiet. Not too far from beach or shopping areas. We had 13 in our group and had plenty of room for everyone.

Awesome accomodations!

The house is beautiful and well equipped. Super spacious! We had 14 people (4 families) and at no tine did it feel cramped or crowded. Very quiet and clean. Kids loved the pool and the littler ones enjoyed the large sand play area while the adults relaxed around the fire feature or sat under the covered patio. Very convenient to the beaches of Anna Maria Island, restaurants, attractions and shopping! Enjoyed riding the bikes up to the nearby marina to see the manatees in the morning, playing pool and foosball! Would definitely book this property again if we get the opportunity! Thank you so much for a great place to stay!

Absolutely Amazing

The pictures and descriptions DO NOT LIE!! This property was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed everything there was from the ping pong table to the pool table. The pool was relaxing and to be honest, if you never wanted to leave the house, you literally have everything there. Including, what I would call a theatre. Although it is the family room when you watch a movie on the giant screen with the surround sound, it’s like being in a theatre surrounded by the people you love. The host was super quick to respond with any questions or concerns. We couldn’t not have asked for a better home to spend our week together in and it was a quick trip to any beach. Would highly recommend this property!!!!

The backyard is a dream for families!

Our extended family of 11, from 2 to 63 yrs old, loved this property. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, has tons of room, so much to do and the backyard is amazing. The pool was bathwater warm, the kids loved to play tag and build castles in the white sand, there was always a breeze in the nice hut area and the fire table was so relaxing at the end of the day. Many extras not mentioned like the fully stocked kids craft basket, the stroller, pool and sand toys, a crock pot... The kids loved the bunk room. It worked great for us but some may not like the access through one of the king bedrooms or from the outside. The kitchen has not been remodeled like the rest of the house but was functional and we liked the pass through to the outside eating area. We spent one morning on crowded Anna Maria Island and realized we had made the right choice. We've already shared the link with several friends.

Great family trip

It was hard to find a house that had everything we needed for an extended family of 12, from ages 1-60+. This one offered us the space we needed with a convenient location, and the kids loved the pool, even though it was quite warm. Only elements that detracted from our stay were that the first king bedroom was extremely hot, even with fans, and there weren’t enough outlets for my sister and her husband to plug in their devices and use the fans as well. It was a bit inconvenient to have the bunk room access be through the second master suite, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. Just something to be aware of for other guests. Another thing to be aware of is the camera on the panel in the front room. That was a bit disconcerting since we didn’t know it was there until we tried to adjust the thermostat since it was so hot. Beyond that, the only suggestion we could make would be to swap 2 or the beds in the front of the house. As it was when we stayed, the king and first queen bedroom shared a hall bath and the second queen had the en-suite bath. We’d recommend switching the king and second queen beds so the room with the en-suite has the king bed.

Nice house with lots of room!

The house was much bigger and spread out than anticipated based off the pictures. 3 separate families with children ranging from toddlers to young adults and plenty of room for everyone. Great communication with the owners. The bedrooms did get warm and most did not have a ceiling fan, but they did provide a box fan for your use. The pool table was a huge hit for our family and provided hours of fun! For anyone who has small children and you're looking for a house like this with a pool, beware that there are 3 separate doors to get outside to the pool/backyard area. I was not anticipating that and since I have 2 toddlers it was more of a safety issue for me. We were just extra careful to keep doors locked that weren't being used.

Beautiful home for the perfect family vacation!

A beautiful spacious home in a perfectly located neighborhood, just 10 mins away from clear blue calm waters in Anna Maria! The house was well furnished with lots of space for 3 families of 12 people, ages 2 to 84. Only complaint would be that bunk room access is through one of the master bedrooms or outside (not ideal for little ones). Strongly recommended for a family vacation! We will definitely come back!

Overall Great

We went in the middle of July. The property is in a quite and nice neighborhood. Everything is just as the pictures and description says. Our only complaint is the AC does not cool very good in the bedrooms. However there are 2 fans in each closet of each headroom that helps. The swimming pool was so warm it was not enjoyable to get it. It felt like a hot tub.

Very nice place exactly as the pictures describe

This place was clean and well equipped , anything we needed while we were there they had . It’s about 10 minutes to the beach and the beaches are beautiful. We found Anna Marie island beaches best . This is a great places for families to stay together, 2 bedrooms on one side and 3 on the other in one place . It’s one house but so roomy .

Excellent vacation

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful property. We visited the local beaches, parks and preserves. Also hung out in the pool, deck and large house. Great April weather and great amenities made it difficult to leave!

Amazing space

The space our large family had to spread out and not be on top of each other was amazing! Having the large kitchen table to gather around and the pool to relax in at the end of the day was wonderful! The location was only a short drive to all the attractions we enjoyed, easy access to groceries (and a quick needed trip to urgent care). Many great memories made! Would highly recommend!!

Great Home

This home is great for a large group of people. Lots of room and plenty of seating around the dining table and in the living area. The kitchen was well equipped. The back yard oasis is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our month stay. We enjoyed every aspect including the ping pong table. Our host was very responsive whenever we had a question or concern. He always answered immediately.

Family get away

We enjoyed having so much spacious space that the kids & adults did not feel on top of each other! The bedrooms were all spacious & the outdoor space was the best we’ve enjoyed! The kids loved the pool ! We could all enjoy all the outdoor space to relax day & night !

Perfect Large Group Vacation Spot

This hidden gem was spectacular for our group of 8 adults. Plenty of room inside and out so that one could hang at the pool with everyone or head over to the backyard beach for some quiet time. We enjoyed a week of perfect weather so we stayed at the house a lot enjoying our privacy and perfect setting! Will be back!

Hockey Fam Staycation

Thus property is fantastic for a relaxing retreat. We chose the location for the beaches and the short drive back up to Tampa for a #bolts game. It was a great vacation for 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 6-9)

Beautiful House

Our 5 families loved the house! We had 7 adults and 7 children ranging from 2 to 14. The house was perfect for all of us. The heated pool was awesome, there were so many fun pool toys to play with. The rest of the back yard was just as great. The local beaches were only 10 minutes away and they were great. We were able to see manatees only a half a mile from the house! The house was perfect!
