Family Vacation

We had a great time at the house. There was plenty of space for all of us & we really enjoyed the pool. The host was very quick to respond to all questions & made sure to check on us during the hurricane. Luckily, no damage happened & we never lost power. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property and host!

Stayed here for an extended work trip with colleagues. Was a great place and very relaxing after a long day at the office. Host did a great job at communicating and responded quickly to any questions or issues we had. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay

Our group consisted of 6 adults and 5 kids in town for a soccer event at IMG. Our stay couldn’t have been better - everything from the host being great/responding to our few questions almost immediately, house was plenty big with great activities for all ages and the location to IMG was only a 10 minute drive. If you’re looking for a place to stay in this area I highly recommend this house!

Annual Golf Trip

3rd year in a row for our group of 8 golfers at this wonderful house. Plenty of room, ping pong , putting green, pool. Close to River Walk and grocery stores. Love this place. Sleeps 8 men comfortably.

Wonderful Week

We had a great time at this property! Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and all the activities provided which suited all ages in our large group of 16, ages 1-72! The pool was lovely and the drive to the beaches was not bad at all. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Awesome place for family vacation!

Such a great house for our family of 16! Ages 6 months to 66. Plenty of sleeping space! Pool, theater room, and putting green were such a blessing for keeping everyone entertained. Definitely book this one you will not be disappointed!

BEST place that we stayed through VRBO

I can't say enough about our wonderful experience with the rental. The place was perfect- beautifully decorated- lots of space- perfect set-up. The pool was a highlight-the golf putting was so much fun- the house had the supplies needed for the kitchen and included chairs and toys for the beach!!! The ping-pong table was so much fun- I was better than I thought!! Movie night in the movie room was lots of fun! Best was that the host was amazing and so responsive!!!! The house was close to everything- Can't go wrong renting this beautiful home- will be back in the future

Perfect for large family gathering

The house was perfect for out of town folks gathering for a family wedding. Six bedrooms, several rooms for separate gathering spaces, beautiful pool, putting green, & ping pong table. All spaces utilized and no one ever felt crowded. 10 people were able to get ready for wedding in Sarasota with no issues. Property manager Nathan was very responsive and easy check-in/check-out. Highly recommend Harbour Haven!

Serenity in Bradenton

We had a great stay at this house…plenty of room for the 7 people we had, 6 adults and two teens. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. House was clean and it had a lot of room, tvs in rooms and bedrooms. Great open kitchen and convenient laundry room. Also, movie room with comfy couches and huge screen! Pool was large and heated and putting green was fun! Great place to stay and close to lots of things to do including Anna Maria Island. Host was extremely responsive and attentive. Wonderful vacation place!

Our favorite!

We stayed here last year and loved it so much that we returned again this year as well. The homeowners made several improvements to the property and our stay was just as comfortable as last year! The pool heater is the best we've used, our children were able to utilize the pool even on chilly nights. The beds are very comfortable, and the home is outfitted with great amenities. Communication with the homeowners is always excellent, the location is great, and there's enough room in the home to comfortably accommodate a large family. Feels just like home (only better!) We hope to stay again!

Awesome!

The property is perfect for a family gathering. The game room, movie room, and pool were hits! The bedrooms were great and there was enough room to gather and have private time! Our entire family loved it! Nathan was very responsive. The only thing I would recommend is a storage box for the pool items, so they stay clean and organized. We would rent it again! Marcy

A great stay!

This is a lovely vacation home! It's quite spacious, with enough room for a large family to feel very comfortable. Everything is incredibly clean, and decorated so beautifully! The pool has a cover which is especially helpful for swimming during off-season stays. The only disappointment for us was that the 6th bedroom had an air mattress instead of a regular one. The game + theater rooms were an added bonus that the kids absolutely loved! The home is very conveniently located near shopping and the beach, in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owner was very prompt before and during our stay; they are so helpful! We highly recommend this home!
