King, Queen, Queen Sleeper Sofa - Sleeps 6 and Pet Friendly!
As one of the few dog-friendly rentals in Seaside, Cherished by the Sea is conveniently located above the shops of Ruskin Place Artist Colony and showcases phenomenal views of the town and gulf views from your second-story expansive wrap-around balcony! Entry is on the second floor of the building to this corner townhouse via a set of stairs that lead to the generous open-air balcony with ample seating to enjoy the spectacular sights of the town. Without a doubt, some of the best people-watching and views in Seaside are in store for guests of this well-kept townhome. The phenomenal outdoor living balcony consists of many sitting configurations. The first area features three chaise loungers perfect for lazy afternoons, taking in the town views. The second area features a set of four Adirondack chairs perfect for an evening nightcap or morning coffee. Overlooking the shops of Ruskin Park you have an outdoor dining table to seat six that is perfect for dining al fresco. The balcony is completed by an outdoor gas grill.
Step inside to a combined open floor plan with a designated dining area for six and an adjacent kitchen area with bar seating for three more. The full kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, a large double-door fridge, and a four-burner gas stove with oven. Guests enjoy the adjacent living room with a sectional featuring a queen sofa bed to sleep those extra two. The living room is surrounded by three sets of French doors that all open to the expansive, wrap-around balcony.
Also on this level is the king primary bedroom with a private bath. This room has a closet, a tall dresser with ample storage, and a private flat-screen TV. The private full bathroom features a single vanity, bright cheery colors, and a tub & shower combination bath. There is also a new stackable washer/dryer tucked into the closet of this room. The second bedroom off the living room features a queen bed and a private bath as well. This bedroom features a large mounted flat screen TV, two nightstands for storage, a closet, and has access to the balcony via French doors. The full bath features a single vanity and a tub and shower combination bath.
* Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $50 per day rental pet fee will be collected, in addition to the flat $125 pet fee, for 2-bedroom homes. Pets will not be allowed on furniture. No pet over 20 lbs. Only one dog allowed.
* 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, & Summer; 3 night minimum Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. No children ages 13-19 during Spring Break season.
