Welcome to our direct oceanfront condo. Step out onto our private balcony and see the panoramic oceanfront. Our condo has granite countertops throughout, and has 2 gorgeous walk in showers. It was freshly painted in December 2024 and has a new king bed/mattress. There is also 2 brand new smart tvs in 2025. Our condo features many amenities including a fully stocked kitchen, towels, kids beach toys, and beach chairs. It is also conveniently located within driving distance to Orlando, Daytona, and St. Augustine. There are shops, restaurants, and wineries within walking distance also, including a Publix right across the street. There are also many wonderful restaurants just a few miles away to enjoy! Our condo is very peaceful and relaxing, and great for couples, families, and snowbirds.

Our favorite place to stay in Ormond

This was our 4th time back and I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. Clean, convienent, and the best place to watch the sunrise each morning. Quiet beach and pool. 5 stars all around!

Lovely condo, fantastic quiet location

Place was great, bed was amazingly comfy, love the non-touristy location! Had everything we needed for making a quick meal, and plenty of towels. Will stay here again. Highly recommend!

The condo is directly facing the ocean! Just bring your personal belongings and groceries everything else is there. It is super clean and comfortable!

Nice clean condo on a quiet beach. It was convenient to have a grocery store right across the street. Parking garage was also a nice feature.

Perfect location!

This was our favorite beach trip location and we’ve visited a decent number of Florida beaches. The condo was perfect with everything we needed, and very, very clean. The views were great, stores and restaurants were nearby and the beach was beautiful! We will definitely book again if possible!

Family Vacation

My family (husband, myself, and 2 year old daughter) came for our family vacation. The place was perfect for us and the location is great! It was not very busy which was super nice. Plenty of space at the pool and beach each day.

We stayed July 17-22nd. The property was gorgeous and the view was amazing. Five of us were able to stay comfortably. Would definitely return.

Feels like home

This was our 3rd time staying in this condo, and we love it more and more every time. It truly feels like home. The condo is clean, the area is quiet and safe yet close to everything we want and need, and the owners are great and easy to work with. We will be back!

Great condo!

This was a great condo. To be honest the pictures don't do it justice. We thought the decor might be a little out dated but there was new bedding & everything was so nice & pretty. The view is absolutely amazing & we love the condo complex.

Peaceful Beach Getaway

Perfect Getaway

We had the best experience. The condo was very clean and just as described. Everything from booking to checking in was easy. The condo is located in a safe and convienant location with a small shopping center across the street but still very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great location!

We had a great time staying here! The location was perfect. Great views of the beach, and not crowded in the least bit. The ONLY things I would say is that the condo needs a little bit of “modernizing”. Some USB outlets would go a long way here. A few in the bedrooms and living room especially. And I would even suggest having a Roku (or streaming stick of some kind) for each TV so the guests can sign onto their streaming services and watch on their accounts. Also, the bed wasn’t as comfy as we’d have liked. We found a small foam mattress topper in one of the closets, so we just made the best of it. Maybe it would be good to have another option available for those guests who like a softer bed. Other than those things, everything was great! Very clean, spacious, and the balcony was a great place to relax at the end of the day!

The Good, the Bad, and the Not so Good

Let's start with the postive: It had a very nice view. Let's cover the Bad: Owners asks for the total amount up front. Most places will ask you for half up front, and the remainder when you check in. The bldg. is old, the elevator has a bad odor. The condo itself is outdated. It has NO hot tub. I called VRBO, and 3x, they told me that there was a hot tub. It was supplied with towels, however, bring your own beach chairs. The ones that are by the parking unit, are torn up, old and rusted. I could go on and on, but why keep wasting my time. I am sorry, but it does not deserve an exemplary review or even a good one.

Hello Martha. I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. I told you before, that owners have nothing to do with payments, it's VRBO. They have rules guests read before you sign. Also, our listing does not state there is a hot tub. We do have brand new beach chairs. I guess it's a matter of opinion about the condo. I have never had a bad review like this, and we do our best to ensure people have a good stay. Hope you find what you are looking for next time. Also, our building is one of the newer ones in the area. This is a condo complex, not a hotel chain.

Excellent family to welcome us into their home for 3 months. Great communication regarding reservations. Easy check in. Secure location. Close to everything on the beach. The view every day does not change. Paradise. Felt like home. Up dated furnishings were a plus from other experiences in the area. Can't thank the Davis family enough. We'll do it again.

Great family vacation

We went to a NASCAR race, enjoyed local businesses & of course the beach. The condo was exactly was expected & Ormond beach was quiet and family friendly. Would totally stay again!

Ormond Beach Condo

The condo was fully stocked with everything I needed for the week. In the garage there were beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards for the kids. The condo owner was friendly & efficient, she replied right away to any questions or issues I had. The only issue I had was the garage door opener didn’t work but we parked in the lot anyway for easier access.

My husband and I live in Michigan. However, I lived part of the year here in Volusia County growing up. I love the area! We just purchased this condo and posted it on VRBO. We are looking to make your vacations as peaceful and wonderful as it can be! The oceanfront condo is breathtaking. We know you will enjoy it.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

There is plenty to do here in Ormond Beach, but not as touristy as some of the other areas. Downtown Ormond has alot to do, and there are shopping and restaurants here within walking distance. There are plenty of parks, nature/bike trails, and the beach is absolutely breathtaking. It's on the no drive part of the Atlantic Ocean. Flagler Beach is 15 minutes north, and is a great place to visit also, with many shops and oceanfront restaurants.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Quiet, updated condo, close to restaurants. Shopping is across the street. March 2022. There is a brand new mattress in the master bedroom, based on one review's suggestion. We also have Roku as well.
