Welcome to Topsy's Trailer!

Soak in the newly installed four-person hot tub in the famous WNC mountains. Topsy's Trailer is located in Arden, only 15-20 minutes from downtown Asheville, breweries, hiking, Blue Ridge Parkway, waterfalls, Biltmore Estate, restaurants, shopping, wineries, grocery stores, and much more.

It has been fully renovated inside with hardwood floors, new luxury comfy beds, super fast/reliable WiFi, streaming TVs, a Weber gas grill, two covered decks, easy flat road access (no 4WD needed), plenty of parking, and close to everything that is Asheville. Small dogs are okay, and a fee will apply.


THE SPACE
The home offers a large sectional American-made sofa, fabulous eclectic furniture, a queen-size vibrating/tilting bed, a washer/dryer, two covered decks, hardwood floors, a large walk-in shower, a warm feel throughout, a Weber gas grill, and is dog-friendly.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full access to the house and grounds.

Quiet hours after dark.

No smoking, vaping, or candles.

You must be at least 25 years old to reserve this property.

DOG RULES
A dog fee applies for ONE dog, plus all applicable taxes. Maximum of ONE dog with prior approval. Dogs under 50 lbs. The size and breed of your dog are needed to register them. Please note that you are bringing your dog when making your reservation.

1. No puppies - Dog must be at least ONE YEAR OLD
2. No attack or aggressive breeds of dogs are allowed
3. Must have all shots and flea treatments that are up to date
4. Must always be on a leash and under the control of the owner
5. Must NOT sleep on beds, couches, or chairs
6. You must clean up after your dog and do not flush poop down the toilet
7. A dog fee will be charged for the extra cleaning required
8. Sorry, no cats
