Venez passer est une magnifique maison en front de mer à quelques pas de la plage. Directement sur la lagune peu, avec une grande piscine privée, amener la famille!

Pardon! PAS DE COLLÈGES. Veuillez noter que nous ne pouvons pas louer à des groupes de moins de 25 ans. Maximum de 12 adultes.

Belle nouvelle maison juste à l'ouest du col Lagoon offre un excellent accès à la plage, le lagon, la passe. Et si vous voulez apporter un bateau, vous êtes juste à côté de notre quai de voisinage et rampe de lancement.

Six belles chambres, chacune avec une salle de bain privée, comprennent 4 chambres à coucher King, deux chambres qui ont chacune une paire de reines. Donc, de nouveau, nous ne disposons pas de tous les meubles en mais il sera invité prêt, y compris une cuisine, barbecue, lit et salle de bain bien garnie draps et chaises de plage à partir de la mi-Mars.

Good Time Charlie-An absolute gem!

Our group had 14 ranging from 5 to 42. We opted to heat the pool which was nice with the cooler windy nights. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was amazing! The location and amenities were also perfect for our group. We would definitely stay again.

Clark Family Beach trip

This was our 2nd consecutive stay @ Good Time Charlie’s. The space fits our crew just about right and its location works as well. The great room gives our folks the thing they want most….to hang out with each other. The house has about what your basic needs are in the way of the kitchen…TV’s ….great pool ….and view. We always enjoy it.

Girly fest!

We had a group of 11 college girlfriends. The house was perfect for our gang. We mainly stayed at the house. We cooked our own food, enjoyed the swimming pool, play games, and had bonfires. At first, I thought I would be disappointed that we weren’t on the beach, but the lagoon side is lovely. It’s peaceful and the sunsets were absolutely gorgeous.

Annual Family beach trip

We enjoyed the house….the layout worked for our crew. We also enjoyed the back porch view of the lagoon & the wild life it presented. Many of our group used the pool as well. The beach is a short walk. All in all this was one our favorites for our annual family trip.

Everything was great except cockroaches in the house and all around the pool, and the dish washer didn’t work. Dishes on the bottom were not clean and we ended up washing them by hand. The house was awesome other wise with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Awesome property!

We traveled with our adult children and 3 grandchildren ages 11/2, 2 and 4. We had the best week. The property was beautiful and as pictured! We did choose to heat the pool and were glad we did . Everyone had such a good time! The lagoon was lovely and protected from the 2 windy days we had. Very short walk to the gulf to enjoy the waves! The peer was great for fishing. The kids got a good laugh out of the heron who waited patiently for you to catch a fish! We would definitely return! Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed our stay at Good Time Charlie. The house was clean and seemed fairly new. The kitchen was VERY well stocked! Beds were comfy and the living areas had plenty of seating for all 15 of us. The bay and dock provided beautiful views of the sunset and was a quiet retreat from the beach. The walk to the beach was a little more than I would have liked, but it was still manageable. There was no hard pack on the beach, so hauling a lot of stuff in wagon/carriers is quite difficult once you get to the sand.Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect

This home has the perfect location overlooking the lagoon and just a short walk under the bridge and you are on the beach. We have stayed at Gulf Shores many times and this is now my favorite spot. The house was perfect for our group of 16! The home is stocked with all the beach equipment you need. The kitchen has plentiful amount utensils and appliances. Every bedroom having a private bathroom is great. The private pool area was great for all ages. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful vacation home!

This house exceeded our expectations! It was very well maintained and clean. The pool was very nice and stayed clean the whole week. It was an easy walk through the neighborhood to get to the inlet and beach. It took me five minutes to be on the beach. The Lagoon pass area was quiet and all of the houses looked well maintained. The dock was a great size and didn’t get used much except for our family and one young boy from the house next to us. We have been coming to Gulf Shores for seven years and this has been our best experience yet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always spend the week between Christmas and New Years as a family in Gulf Shores or on 30A. This house was voted favorite!! It was perfect size, layout, and location. The kitchen was made and supplied to actually be used. The dock, pool, and sand area were perfect and we even had space for our corn hole games that we brought from home! We brought our Brompton bikes and such easy access to trails. We had a great time.

Good Time Charlie is AMAZING!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: GTC is huge and tastefully decorated. The lagoon view is beautiful. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and quality linens. The kitchen is well-equipped, has lots of dishes, flatware and cups, and has a huge walk-in pantry. The pool isn't big, but it is surrounded by lots of lounge chairs and has a great view of the lagoon. The fire pit with chairs and ping-pong table provided hours of entertainment. The public beach access is close and GTC has rolling baskets to help tote your stuff across the street. The main road has dedicated walking/cycling lanes, so getting your exercise in is easy. Restaurants, liquor stores, and grocery stores are close and grocery delivery (from Publix) typically arrives in a few hours. The property manager was helpful and accommodating. We had a great time and hope to visit again soon.

Perfect for families with kids

We had four families (8 adults and 8 kids) and it was the perfect house for us! It is very clean and modern. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and there was plenty of seating at meal time. Be sure to pack a few containers to store leftovers in for your stay and dish towels. The property was a little low on these supplies. Swimming toys, beach chairs, beach wagon, and crab nets were available for our use. The house faces the lagoon and it was an added bonus! Kids loved catching hermit crabs and we rented paddle boards, as well as kayaks to keep them entertained. Beware!! The concrete by the ramp is VERY slick and it will wipe you out with the littlest step on it. The lagoon is shallow (up to waist on kids) for quite a ways so it is also great to just play in. Of course the pool is where much time was spent as well. It isn’t large as you can tell from the pictures, but a great addition to the property. The depth of the pool is around 3-5ft and has lounge chairs surrounding it. The walk to the beach is a short 5 minute walk and when we were there seemed to be not as crowded as other areas. The best beach day was when the fishing boats were casting nets and dolphins were following! They swam back and forth for the entire day! Be sure to bring flashlights and nets to go crab hunting at night. Lots of fun! Just go out to the beach at dark and start looking in the sand for white crabs that are very fast. Everyone enjoyed this activity in the evening. If you need ice cream be sure to visit Island Ice Cream. They have so many unique creations and the traditional as well. We visited Alligator Alley (about 40 minute drive) for something to do other than water one day and it was neat. You can see and feed alligators and hold him one, as well as snakes. We are already wanting to return to this place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a wonderful experience at Good Time Charlie in Gulf Shores during Thanksgiving week in 2024. The location was near the beach and a fishing pier was within walking distance. We went to grocery stores along with a restaurant in the area. The house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen included quality cookware and utensils to accommodate the preparation of our meals. The vacation rental management staff was very helpful and timely in response to our questions. We would love to return to Good Time Charlie in the future.
