Easy walk to Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, or stay onsite and grab lunch & a daiquiri at Sea N Suds. Plan ahead and order groceries in. You never even have to get in the car! Location is A+! You will not be disappointed in this delightful 2BR/ 2BA condo. Sleeps 6!

Ivey's Oasis is a 5th floor condo that sleeps seven guests between the two KING Size bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen is stocked with all basic kitchen supplies and everything you need to cook, along with space to seat seven. We have a dual coffee maker for regular drip coffee or K-cups. Both bedrooms offer KING SIZE BEDS. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, washer/dryer, and unreserved parking for two cars in the open parking lot. This is a professionally cleaned and sanitized home. (*Pool heated in Fall and Winter months only.)

Beachfront. Very Walkable to food, shops and attractions. Less than 10 min drive to Walmart and Grocery. 5 min drive to Dollar General. Easy Bike ride just about anywhere you would want to go.

Fantastic!

We have stayed at Boardwalk 582 multiple times. It has become like a second home to us. It has everything we could've needed and then some. Jimmy and Andra are always accommodating. We love staying at Boardwalk and can't wait to return. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful! Everything described and wanted.

We had a beautiful trip. The condo was the perfect location. The walk to the beach was seamless, and the grounds were very clean. The atmosphere was exactly the family atmosphere we were looking for. The condo was everything described, and I loved the way the big couch pulled out without being a springy pullout bed; my son couldn't get his finger stuck in! I need to look into something like that for my spare room! The kitchen was fully stocked for us to make beautiful dinners with ease. I highly recommend, great trip, thank you! To add, I thought I lost an earring and contacted the owner. She immediately responded with some options to get it back to me, no problem.

Perfect!

Condo was clean and relaxing. This property was perfect my 4 day stay. The property is beachfront with plenty of stores and eateries within walking distance, it was perfection. No issues or inconveniences and parking was great. The owners were very easy to work with and communication was great, thank you for this. I hope the property is available for my next stay. We had an awesome stay and not a better place than Gulf Shores. I highly recommend!

Another Great Stay!

We love this condo-it was our second time staying here. It’s perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed, right on the beach, and within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. We love that the Boardwalk isn’t as large as some high-rises next to it. The beach and pool aren’t as crowded. The condo was clean and just as advertised, and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The included beach chair service was a wonderful addition! Jimmy and Andra are wonderful hosts to work with! 10/10 would recommend!

Anniversary getaway/ relaxation.

We had an awesome time. The lodging was more than we expected and the location couldn’t have been better. Right on the beach. We spent a lot of time just sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and the breeze and watching and listening to the waves hitting the beach. We definitely would recommend staying there. The owners were great and they even checked on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Hope to get to go back sometime and spend some more time there.

Perfect get away

We had a fabulous time, location is great, guest service was great and the property was for the most part very clean! Enjoyed our stay and would stay again. So many extras provided by the property owner like beach chairs and boards, loved the master headroom it was such a lovely room with the access to the balcony!

Beautiful Place

Walking in to this condo, the first thing you see is the incredible ocean view. The space is inviting, with all the necessary items in the kitchen & bath. The living space is cozy, but the best spot is sitting on the balcony, listening to the seagulls call & the sound of the waves. It was nice to have a check in via text, to see if we needed anything, but all was lovely. It is a small condo on a quiet section of the beach, but very close to restaurants & shops

Gulf Shores gem

We had such a wonderful time in Gulf Shores. The condominium is located right on the beach with great views no matter which way you look. The location really could not have been better, lots of walkable restaurants and stores, and the beach stretches for miles. The condominium itself was spotless, with all of the comforts of home. We truly did not have to bring anything other than our clothes. The bed was so comfortable, I had the best sleep in a long time. The master bedroom overlooks the beach, and we enjoyed waking up to the waves. The balcony was delightful, especially in the morning. What a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee. It was also great having two full baths, it made it very convenient as we got ready to go out for the evening. It was a pleasant surprise to find out that the rental came with two beach chairs and umbrella set up for us right out on the beach, that alone saved us 40 a day. This is such a nice perk. The fact that the condo was located less than a half a mile from Gulf Shores State Park was another plus. We spent our whole trip exploring the park and the beach. This was just the best getaway!I would highly recommend this beach side vacation home, it was a delight.

Great location and comfortable accomodations,

Everything was very nice and could not be located more conveniently. We were there the week of the big snow, that was definitely an unique experience. Definitely recommend Ivey's rentals.

Great Location!

We absolutely loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings watching the dolphins chase schools of fish and in the evenings watching the people hunt crabs. The condo was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We had a great time!

Perfect Stay!

My husband and I took our daughter and her friend (both 17) to Hangout Fest in May. Location was great - short walk to the festival and restaurants. Andra was a great host - checking in on us and quick to respond when I had any questions. I came prepared with a lot of items, but the condo was very well stocked. Thank you for a perfect stay! We hope to stay again next year!

Great Location and Beautiful Condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, pretty, and stocked with everything we needed. The pool was clean and deeper than usual. And our little section of beach was less busy than the areas on either side. Loved being in walking distance of restaurants and a market. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo

Andra and Jimmy are phenomenal hosts. The condo is in a perfect location and we had everything we needed. Very walkable to a lot of places. Beautiful view of the beach/ocean from the balcony. We tried several of the hosts’ recommendations and they were all on point. Thanks Ivey’s Rocking Rentals.

Perfect girls Spring weekend get away

This was my 3rd time staying here and each time I love everything about it more! Plenty of room for the 4 adults we had and is well maintained, clean and bright. It’s on the 5th floor right on the beach and and as soon as you walk in the entrance, you immediately see the beautiful gulf. Well stocked for cooking although we ate out for most meals. Numerous food options within walking distance although we rented beach cruisers and rode to dinner nightly (There’s a great little bike shop less than 1/2 mile). The bikes were great for exploring Gulf State Park right down the road with miles of paved, even shady trails with clean bathrooms and wild life aplenty (alligators and eagles)! Parking was easy right at the building and no issues. Hosts provide a parking pass. I did appreciate there was security on site who was always visible/approachable and friendly. Very safe area and building is family friendly and peaceful. The mattress in the front/master bedroom was dreamy and not too soft/hard. Slept with the windows open and fell asleep to the crashing waves every night.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect location and space for our recent girls trip. You could tell that Andra goes out of her way to make sure guests feel welcome and have everything needed to settle in right away. Everything was clean and the decor was pleasant. There were plenty of towels and washcloths which almost never happens when with three other adults. The best part is location. Easy access in and out of the condo and it's right on the beach. We could walk to restaurants for dinner, across the street to the market, and up to Sea N Suds for lunch and drinks from the beach. My favorite is the short bike ride to the park where there are miles of amazing greenway trails! Can't wait to go back.

Ivey's Rockin Rentals started after one lucky fishing obsessed Husband constantly wanted to go "wet a line" in the Gulf waters. After purchasing a rental, that same husband agreed to "manage" it in hopes to retire early and have more free time.... At this present day, his amazing Wife is still taking care of everything as he continues to fish and live his own private best life.

We truly love this place. The location is convenient to the State Pier where Jimmy can fish and Gulf State Park where I can ride my bike. The trails are AMAZING!!! Sea N Suds Restaurant is onsite. Try the Fish sandwich, or Oysters with a tall Cheap Sunglasses brew! If you book and want more info on the Park trails, hiking or fishing spots, please let us know!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We stay here regularly and try to keep everything in tip top shape! 2023 UPDATES: New mattress in primary bedroom/ new couch (bc couch beds gotta be maintained) , new loveseat and chair/ refinished both bathtubs.
Please know we don't use every item on every visit. Message us if anything isn't working or needs attention. We know you have many places to choice from and we are so happy to have you at our own little piece of paradise! This property has been rented since 2019 with a 5 star rating. We are just new to self managing.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The location really is unbeatable. Once we get here and park the car, we bike everywhere! There is a Surf Style directly across the street with a market for all your grocery basics & beach needs. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Hangout, 5 minutes to bike to The Oyster house or Dollar General. We don't really need anything else! Eat early or late, beat the crowds and enjoy!
