The pools were awesome, service was great, wonderful location. I don't have anything bad to say about our experience. I would definitely stay there again. For those with very large vehicles the parking is a little tight but not awful.
The room was perfect for our needs. Very clean! The kitchen had standard pots/pan, dishes, silverware for cooking and eating. Starter pack for dish detergent, Kleenex, TP, laundry, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Nice pullout couch and table set to lounge on by the balcony.
Check in and out was a breeze! Your parking tag is in the bin on the sink to use.
The staff of Camelot did a great job keeping the traffic areas clean and were very friendly!
Pool bands located at front desk. Security was around day and night. Great place to stay and perfect views of the ocean!!
Everything was great! The cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed, the bathroom. My only minor complaint is the stuffiness not sure if the filters need to be changed.
this condo had a great view and my sisters and I had a great time together. The only thing we would recommend is if you furnished umbrella and chairs with each unit.
We love the Camelot and book with them every year. The resort amenities are always great. The heated indoor pool and lazy river are awesome! We love the outdoor hot tub on chilly nights. The view is amazing and the location is in walking distance of everything we love. The parking garage is attached to the building and there are plenty of luggage carts. The room is smaller but is really cozy and has everything we need. The beds are so comfy we didn't want to leave them. Camelot is our home away from home!
Room was clean and everything worked fine. My kids loved the pools so much that they didnât want to go out on the beach. They did only give us 2 towels for our group of 6. When I asked for more they said they were in laundry and we had to wait several hours for more towels. Iâd suggest bringing your own.
The unit was excellent, with a view of the ocean that was perfect. Some of the light fixtures were a little rusty but the for the price this was a great deal. The common areas were in need of upkeep, there was garbage in the halls and elevators with no visible maintenance people but the resort was very busy with many families. The lazy river pool was covered with tubes to float on and a bar next to it. The beach was right out the back of the building with umbrellas and chairs for rent at $40 a day. This was our first time in Myrtle Beach, which we found very family friendly. We would definitely come back.
We had no broom or vaccum to clean the sandy floors. The cleaning service will only clean once a week. When staying on the beach that's unacceptable with the sand and towels we needed it cleaned often. So on my trip I'm having to clean my room. Compared to the other 12 families that stayed in the facility our unit was charged several additional fees than what rest of our group was charged. Other than that we made the best out of our vacation.

Iâve never stayed here before just thought Iâd try it out. I did love the fact you can literally park across from your room and they have a big selection far as pools a huge plus for me because I like the water. But the room was a pure disaster. The balcony door and floor was covered in mold, the floor of the room was gritty like somebody just came from the ocean, walls looked like they NEVER been wiped, bathroom door in the kitchen looked like whoever had been cooking prior to us staying let grease pop all over the door you could see it running down, above the light in the bathroom it was mold, the shower wasnât clean, above the bed where we was sleeping had mold on the ceiling and the list goes on. This was not a good experience for me so I will not be staying again Iâm so disappointed.
The check in process was dismal. They will NOT hold your bags until the room is ready - supposedly due to covid. This was a major problem when your flight is in the morning and you have to carry around your luggage. I was promised that we would be on a priority cleaning for our room and that wasn't true. I had to keep asking and our priority check in was a whopping one hour early. Then our room didn't even have clean floors. The coupons for all the free stuff? They weren't for the close attractions so they went unused. Also, the pool bar was sporadically open. The location is great but the property management and staff were not.
0.7 walk to the festival. Security was rude and obnoxious, kinda felt like she was harassing us our last night staying. The shower has a little bit of mold but this was a good stay weâre already saying weâd return next year. Parking and room access from garage is good. And Jay the pool bartender was top tier literally AMAZING! We didnât even go to the beach any days we were here we stayed by the pool tanning and hanging out because he was so much fun !
