Amazing Views

We saw wildlife and snow sprinkled Sneffels. Management was extremely responsive to a request and very communicative. We were comfortable and felt welcome. I highly recommend this property!

Air conditioning not working properly. It was 81 inside most of the time. 77 at bedtime. Too hot to sleep but cool in the basement or we would have had to find another place to stay.. We kept blinds closed etc as the owner suggested but it didn’t help. We didn’t let it ruin our trip but it was frustrating.

Wonderful house ,fantastic location

We stayed at this beautiful home during our family vacation.the views are absolutely breathtaking. The location was wonderful, so many things to do in the area and a short drive to telluride and many attractions. We loved this town.The house was well stocked we will 100 percent be back.

They are supposed to leave 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, if I had known when you arrived we would've been glad to bring you additional toilet paper. Lovely Home

This home is so cozy and provides comforts of home with ample supplies in the bedrooms, bathrooms and the well-stocked kitchen. The views are unbelievable! We really appreciated how remote we were. The quiet was soothing. Communication with the rental company was excellent!

Ahhh!

Such a beautiful property! Exceptional views and gorgeous star filled skies at night. We had everything we needed and the managers were prompt and helpful. Be ready for a long twisting dirt road but well worth the drive

Great Cabin and Amazing Views!

After speaking with the host it was stated that no one had been to the location in a while. They were very understanding of the issues and gave us a partial refund and thanked us for letting them know so they could address the issues. It is a beautiful and private location. I would recommend it with the concerns addressed.

Beautiful home! Amazing views. Cleanliness could be better.

Pros: Amazing views. Beautiful home! Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space. Nice secluded location. Nice grill. Cons: House was not ready at check-in time and had an awful smell that did not dissipate (pet urine and or smoke). We were only left with 6 towels for 9 people. Tub had not been cleaned.

Hi Angie, Thank you for your helpful feedback! Housekeeping mentioned you had arrived just as they were finishing up and how kind you were as they were departing. Unfortunately, the guests that departed on the morning of your arrival had left later than expected, delaying the housekeeper's start. The home is not pet friendly and smoking is not allowed, I'm not sure what the odor may have been from other than the plumbing was recently worked on to replace the irrigation system. I will make sure housekeeping checks the tub and will have them provide additional towels for guests. There are usually 2 sets per guest available. I am so please you enjoyed your visit in spite of these items. Your feedback is very helpful as we strive to have all our guests enjoy a fabulous visit!

Nice Ridgway Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week here over the July 4 holiday. The home and outside space allowed for our family reunion to enjoy many activities. The home was clean, well equipped and spacious. The property management company answered all our requests in a timely manner. We did find the basement bedroom was a small problem because there are no windows. The guests in that room slept in every morning because of the darkness. Overall we all enjoyed our stay.

Household appliances need sevice.

Few things that needed attention dishwasher, clothes drier and air-conditioned need to be repair cleaned or reset and bad smell of dead mouse in basement bed/bathroom very unsatisfied with the condition the home was in. With lights burnet out and switches that did not work.

We have had the AC, dishwasher, and dryer serviced and all are running as expected, I apologize those items weren't noticed prior to your stay. We have also addressed the smell in the basement.
