This 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms pet-friendly cabin is situated on several acres of land overlooking Cimarron and Sneffels majestic mountain peaks. It is located 7 miles from Ridgway, 17 miles (less than 30 minutes) to downtown Ouray, and 50-minutes to Telluride. It is the perfect home base for all of your adventures!

The area is replete with hiking trails and recreational diversity, including snowshoeing and cross country skiing, four-wheeling, snowmobiling, mountain biking, and many other recreational pursuits. The home is pet friendly (2 pet max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).

PROPERT DISCLOSURES:
1. No outdoor fires are permitted at any of the Catamount properties per the HOA Bylaws due to the possibility of a forest fire. We ask that guests please be respectful of the neighbors; ATVs are not permitted to be ridden anywhere but on the road.
2. For winter stays (November 1 to May 1), a 4WD/AWD vehicle with snow tires are required.
3. Unfortunately the driveway to the cabin is too narrow for trailer and RV access.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
