The main-level primary suite offers a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to a private deck—ideal for sipping coffee while taking in the fresh alpine air.

Downstairs, unwind in a cozy lounge area with a flat-screen TV, mini fridge, and bar setup—perfect for movie nights or après-adventure drinks. Two additional queen bedrooms and a full bathroom make this level great for families or friends traveling together. One bedroom even opens to a private yard with morning sun and evening alpenglow. For extra flexibility, there's also a queen futon and an enclosed outdoor space for your furry companions.

–Logistics–
•Guests are welcome to park up to one regular sized vehicle in the garage and any additional vehicles may park in the driveway. Please do not block shared main entrance. NO RV's or trailer's allowed.
•This home is pet-friendly. Guests are welcome to bring up to 2 well-behaved dogs. The pet fee is $40.00, per night/$250.00 maximum.

•Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
