This beautiful Creekside Loft Suite features a King-sized private bedroom and an upstairs loft with 2 dbl beds. Picture windows look out over Fall River. Cozy cabin for a family stay (however might be too small for a bigger family), conveniently close to the city and mountains. There is a small river going thru the property so kids were able to enjoy it as well.
Lovely little cabin that had everything we needed for our night! Our daughter had a blast with the toys and games. Views were beautiful and we got so see some huge elk in the morning.
We enjoyed our stay in this cute condo. The beds were comfortable, the living room was great and the tiny kitchen was perfect. The view was lovely and we saw lots of wild animals. The fireplace was a great bonus and easy to use.
Our Fall River condo was a comfortable, well-outfitted base camp that allowed us (me, my husband, and 25 yo son) to explore Rocky Mountain National Park. A quiet, relaxing place to stay.
Really enjoyed the hiking up Lumpy Trail and horse backing riding at Elkhorn Stables. Shopping was easy in downtown. SMOKIN DAVES was an excellent restaurant choice! Our condo was comfortable and quiet! The view was not great. The staff were helpful. We will definitely return so we can try Antonio's as they were closed the day we wanted to eat there.
Great location for getting to and from RMNPark! Plenty of room for sleeping, but not for 4 adults to hang out or eat together (unless the temps are right to be on the deck, which does open up space). We didn't receive anything with our actual condo number on it or instructions on how to get in. When we couldn't reach property management, a neighbor helped us know where to find keys. Once we got inside, there was lots of helpful info on the counter so we had no problems the rest of our stay. We recommend this space for two adults or for parents + kids.
It was a wonderful location! Easy to get to, beautiful views and the cleanest property! Everything advertised was spot-on accurate, which made planning a breeze. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back!!
One of the best places we've stayed at in Estes Park
Exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Fireplace functioned perfectly and set great ambiance for a weekend of cold, snowy conditions. The grounds/ maintenance crew were out promptly to plow and shovel snow as soon as the snowfall stopped. The linens were of a very nice, comfortable quality. There were sufficient, very good quality toiletries. Decor was subtly cabin/mountain theme but not over-the-top cheesy as many of the places in Estes are. Furnishing were of good quality and in good condition. Kitchen appliances, utensils and dishes were in good number and condition. The oversized jetted tub worked well but the pump motor was a little loud. There was ample hot water and pressure. The memory foam mattress was extremely comfortable and there was a good selection of different pillows to fulfill various preferences. There were a sufficient number of parking spaces available.
This was our first time to stay at Fall River Estates in Estes Park and we are happy that we found this place. It is very comfortable and situated by the river. The private balcony and the fireplace in the main sitting area were wonderful. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit Estes Park.
The condo is in a great neighborhood. It was so convenient to be only a few miles from RMNP. The condo is very clean and comfortable. However, the property advertised a full kitchen, but the kitchen was tiny! The master bedroom did not have enough lighting. It was hard to see at night. Good thing we had a flashlight if we wanted to look for something in the room. Definitely could not read in bed. The loft was very spacious and comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, except for the poor lighting in the bedroom and the tiny kitchen.
We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It has a perfect location only about 2 miles from the entrance to the RMNP. Check in was easy. The only negatives was that the internet was not working very well. The addition of fans to the rooms was a great help to keep the cool outside air circulating. Overall size was good although a washer/dryer and additional bathroom would be recommended for family's staying for a longer time.
