Lovely location. Very convenient to RMNP and downtown Estes VERY CLEAN and comfortable which we truly appreciate. Loved the Unique fireplace and rustic furniture. Fantastic deck! However, the wonderful swing bangs into AC unit with High Winds. Not a problem just a heads up. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Clean, well-maintained property with lots of extras! 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 cozy living areas, 2.5 bathrooms, well-appointed kichen and dining area, air-conditioning, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, large back deck with gorgeous views. Plus responsive, helpful property managers. Close to everything RMNP and Estes. The perfect combination for the perfect stay!

Great location, beautiful view. The elk greeted us when we got there by completely blocking the road. We had to wait for them to move before we could drive in! The only negative was the tv subscription did not include high definition so picture was blurry and cropped? Also, GPS took us to the street below the unit so was a little confusing.

This is a great property!! It is much bigger than it looks on the listing. It was very comfortable for 4 of us (two married couples). The star of the property is definitely the massive balcony with an AMAZING view of the mountains and Mary’s Lake. The property was spotless at check in. The pool and hot tub is run by the HOA and not the rental, so be aware it isn’t quite as spotless. But very enjoyable nonetheless!My only suggestion would be that the hosts should provide more cooking basics. There are plenty of pots, pants, utensils, etc, but only salt and pepper. No oil, sugar for coffee, etc. For a stay only 4 days long it felt silly to purchase these items, but we did.

Met a dear friend who had never been to Colorado for a quick getaway and the views of the mountains and lake from our large deck was exactly what I was hoping for. Sitting on the deck each morning and night was the perfect way to begin and end our days. Cabin well situated except possibly an update of the living area TV. An updated one would enable guests to watch a movie in the evening to enhance one’s enjoyment before retiring for the night. Also the kitchen was definitely functional and equipped but a better set of pots and pans would be nice since we like to cook so we could stay at the cabin and have more time for visiting. Not sure outdoor grills are allowed but if they are it would have been nice to have had one. Thank you for opening up your lovely place so we too could enjoy a beautiful setting.Best regards

All of SkyRun Properties in Estes Park are great and the ones at Mary's Lake are super nice. Quiet - yet close to the town of Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park as well.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. The property is a bit older but very well maintained. The furnishings and decor are perfect for the location and very well done.Only comment (not negative): the heating works incredible well. Our stay was in cold December. You really don't need to put it much above 55 or 60 or it gets too warm.

Every thing was top notch.With in 15 after we arrived a gentleman was at the door to put in an extra AC window unit for master bedroom. Very clean and well stocked.

Exceeded all of our expectations. Clean, well stocked, spacious (more so than the pictures show), excellent location for Rocky Mountain National Park, and gorgeous views off of the large back deck. Best equipped kitchen I've ever had at a rental (with one exception noted below) and very responsive staff when we thought we had an issue with one of the AC window units.And speaking of AC, many rentals in Estes Park don't have it, and they say you don't need it because it gets so cool at night. That's usually true, but we happened to be there during a hot streak, and boy were we grateful to have a cool place to come back to after a day of hiking in the park.I will just leave a few suggestions below for the renters:1) For a listing that is listed as accomodating 6, you should have more than 5 dinner sized plates in the cabinet. 2) There were a few loose boards on both the front patio steps and back deck that made it feel unstable. I trust that there are structurally sound, but loose boards give a bad impression of upkeep and safety. (That being said, you should really include a picture of that captures how big that back deck is! That was a total and very happy surprise!)3) The screen door leading to the back deck slams *very loudly* if you don't hold it all the way until it closes. We tried to do this but it's impossible if you are also trying to carry food or anything else that requires two hands. Felt bad for the neighbors everytime it happened!

Skylights had dead bugs in them, doors wouldn't shut without having to lift them, broken bottom of the stove, tv didn't work for the first day so didn't get fixed until the following day when staff was available (young man who fixed it was very nice, took him over an hour), kitchen table was unlevel for eating, fridge door swung open and would hit the wall, bathroom soap holder hanging off the wall, trim over kitchen sink just peeling and falling apart. Place is nice just needs some time and maintenance, especially for the price. Would not stay there again, would stay elsewhere.

Thank you for your review. A couple of flies had gotten into the skylights, they have been removed. I tested all of the doors multiple times, they all opened and closed with no problem. The bottom drawer in the stove was not broken, it had gotten off track. It is now on track again. The kitchen table is being replaced. The fridge was not level causing the door to swing open, that has been corrected. The bathroom soap holder was tightened. We will look into what to do about the wood trim around the kitchen sink, it has gotten wet too many times. This is a great place to stay with plenty of room and privacy for two couples or a small family. A beautiful view from the deck, close to town and RMNP, quiet and relaxing.

Thank you for your review. I have clarified the listing to state one window AC unit is in the entry/family room and one is in the living room/kitchen. The listing states that the community pool and hot tub are managed by the HOA. They allow our guests to use it but we have no control over their condition. The door code was sent at 3:45pm to the phone number you provided at time of booking. Occasionally, here in the mountains, a text is delayed going through. We are always here to help guests during the check in process or any other time during their stay.

Estes Park visit

Snowdrift Peak 203 was clean with comfortable beds. However, with no A/C it was Definitely hot and stuffy. We of course wanted to open the windows, which we did however, there were only screens on the back bedroom windows. There was no window screens on any other windows in the property which made it uncomfortable to leave open overnight. The tall table on the deck was wobbly, making it impossible to sit at and enjoy a meal or a drink. while I understand that the pool and hot tub is run by the HOA it shouldn’t even be advertised as an option with the property, the hot tub itself was not working and cold while the pool was dirty and less than desirable to swim in. It was very disappointing for our kids.

Hi Amber, thank you for your review. We are so sorry that you were uncomfortable during your stay with us. Had we known, we would have done what we could to help you. With the normally mild temperatures that we have through the first part of June, we normally install the window air conditioners at that time. We are sending our maintenance team out to look at the wobbly table. Normally the HOA there at Mary's Lake keeps the swimming pool very clean, as they have pool filters that run continuously, as well as vacuums that clean the pool at night. SkyRun only manages the private hot tubs that are owned by our condo owners. Again, we wish we had known sooner about all of the things you had mentioned in your review, so that we could have fixed these issues. We would have loved the opportunity to make things right while you were still here with us.

Stayed here for 4 nights with family. It had plenty of room and had excellent views from the spacious deck. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Excellent place to stay and would recommend to anyone. Air conditioners were a nice touch for us as we are used to sleeping in air conditioning!!!
