The rental was exactly what we expected and more. Clean and cozy, and within walking distance to the hot springs! The host notes, and recommendations came in handy! Will be booking again.

This is the BEST place to stay in Ouray!! We went up to run the Imogene Pass Run. This condo was super comfortable and close to everything!! Super clean and such a great spot! Would recommend to everyone and will be staying again!!

We stayed at a different property due to it was a three story townhouse that was difficult to ambulate Host was gracious to move us to a property that was a church that was restored It was nice!

What a great location! Loved the easy access to the river walk, hot springs, and even a concert! Townhome was great, loved the patio right on the river.

The heater was so loud we had a hard time sleeping. Thr fans in the bathroom are so loud you can hear them from the other rooms. Beautiful location

August 2026 stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The king size bedroom had a portable air conditioner unit/swamp cooler. It was Right Next To The Bed, literally about 1-2 inches from the bed, right by the head of the bed and it was sooooooooo loud. I don't think we had one good night sleep there; we couldn't shut it off because we couldn't open the window and it was so hot up there after being out all day. A quieter unit would be excellent, but at the very least it really needs to be moved away from the head of the bed. It isn't an exaggeration on how loud the unit was. Also, we weren't aware how many stairs to bedroom, it was fine but not be for someone with mobility issues. Maybe it was listed, but I didn't see it.

This location was perfectly situated in Ouray to walk to downtown and not worry about parking. It is on the perimeter trail as well! Check-in and out was very easy and it was great to have the space and bring our dog, who had a lovely time as well!

Great Customer service saves the day

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our original unit had issues with the heat/electricity and VRC promptly came up with a good solution to move to a comparable property. The only suggestion I would make is that there could be more plates, bowls and silverware. The rest of the kitchen was well provisioned.

Wonderful Vacation in Ouray

The townhouse was clean and comfortable, the property manager responded quickly, and the location is perfect. We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the river and being able to walk into town. This is a great place to stay to enjoy Ouray!

Hip hip Ouray

We love the proximity to the hot springs and the ease of walking into town. Hanging out in the condo was especially comfy as well. The beds were very comfortable! Amenities were perfect!

Overall a good townhouse and location for a family get together. For us it was a plus that it is dog friendly.
