Welcome to our 2 BR/2BA condos located at Lumberyard Condos! All of our fully furnished condos have a different theme, from "The Crawler" for all those Jeepers off-road enthusiasts, and the "Ice Axe" for all those amazing ice climbers, to "The Nordic" for all those that enjoy different kinds of self-propelled activities in our beautiful area! (if you are looking for a discounted activity or tour of any kind, please read all the way through listing!)

While all three ground level 2 bedroom/2bath condos have a different theme, based on amazing area activities, all three have the exact same layout. Each condo is equipped with a full kitchen, which includes spices and condiments, washer and dryer, and even a fireplace for those cozy winter nights. The master has a king bed and television, while the 2nd bedroom has a queen. The couch in the living room pulls out as a hide abed. We are nestled on the Uncompahgre River, with outdoor seating beside the river to enjoy the spectacular sights and sounds. Finally, look up... The mountain views from this property are spectacular!

Howdy! We are Cam and Emily, and we hope you enjoy our home! A little about ourselves... Cam dabbles in several different businesses. He is a real estate investor, both long term as well as vacation rentals, and he also owns his own personal training business. His hobbies include flying, hunting big game, snowmobiling, dirt biking, off-roading, working out, volunteering in kid's ministry in church and anything outdoors with Emily and their 2 puppies. Emily works for an interior design company, and helps clients design their finishes in their newly built homes. In her free time she enjoys working out, hiking, playing volleyball, and spending time with the dogs (and Cam of course!). We fell in love with Ouray for so many reasons. First off, the beauty and ruggedness of the mountains surrounding this little mountain town cannot be matched. Unlike so many Colorado mountain towns that are getting commercialized, Ouray still has a "mountain town" community feel to it. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and they appreciate your visit. There are SO many things to do here, and all those activities are at the top of the game when it comes to comparing to anywhere else. ("The Switzerland of America", The "The Jeep Capital of the World", "The Ice Climbing Capital of the US", the amazing Ouray Hot Springs, many people call HWY 550 the million dollar highway, or the most scenic road in America, just to name several) We hope that you will choose to stay with us and experience Ouray through us, and we will do our best to make you want to come back to us again! We also would like to let our guests know that we have 3 cabins in Grand Lake, Colorado, and we love to share those as much as our Ouray (Lumberyard) condos!

We have fallen in love with Ouray. The beauty is second to none, and so are all the activities. How can such a small village offer so much to do, especially for the outdoorsy type? We truly feel that there is not another community like Ouray.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
There are several benefits that this condo offers that make this condo offering a complete package. First is the location. We are in a quiet area, two blocks from Main Street, which can get a little busy during high season. We are also only 2 blocks from Box Canyon Park and the Ice Climbing Park. Really we are a walk away from anywhere! Along with location are the views, sights and sounds that we offer. We are on a really beautiful part of the Uncompahgre River, and the mountain views are just breathtaking, especially the Amphitheater. We offer a lot of parking, which can be hard to come by in Ouray, in fact we have enough space to even accommodate trailers. Finally, these 2 BR/2BA units are located on the ground level, so access to not only the condos themselves, but everything else mentioned above is a snap!
