-Welcome to your stately, spacious 2-story 7000 sq. ft. colonial retreat on a 3-acre lot! 2 porches, 2 balconies, gunite pool, 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, guest house with full kitchen, living space, bathroom, (sofa that may be needed for extra guest) and porch with wicker rocking chairs and black iron table, rocking chairs, and a Traegar pellet grill!
-This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with lush, beautiful foliage and inviting activities. Its location is peaceful and relaxing as it is nestled in a more private, safe area while providing very easy access to Masters Tournament activities, dining, entertainment and shopping.
-Easy drive to Masters Tournament activities with quick access to I-20 and to Washington Road. Both routes have dining, entertainment, etc. along the way.
