This house was perfect for our family of five. Plenty of room for everyone and very well kept. A great living room for us all to spend time together. The host has thought of everything and the property is in a great location. Would definitely stay here again.
Great property! This is our 2nd time staying at this house, it is a beautiful house and close to our sonâs family! We were here celebrating our grandsons 2nd birthday.
Property was clean, welcoming and central to everywhere we needed to be near Augusta. Communication with the owner was clear and timely. He graciously worked with us thru a very awkward situation we encountered. Would not hesitate to recommend!
The Cozy Cottage was comfortable and well equipped. The set up was nice with a large kitchen area and the bedrooms were separated for privacy. The outside patio was pleasant.
Everything was how it was advertised and then some
Loved the home, very comfortable, beautiful back yard as well. Very close to shopping areas. Very pleased.
Ryan, the host is the kindest host we have ever encountered on any trip we have ever taken. He was flexible and understanding, and willing to work with our out of whack timeline. Great experience!
We have stayed in VRBO homes around the world. Ryan has made this small, 2BR/2Bath house as cozy, clean and inviting as ANY we've seen. If there was a sixth star with which to rate it, we would have gladly awarded it! What a great stay!
Had one of the most comfortable stays ever, at this sweet house. Wonderful beds, fluffy and numerous towels, incredibly well-stocked kitchen all made this stay such a pleasure. Ryan was one of the best hosts weâve interacted with in the 2 decades weâve been using this app. Lots of living room furniture to stretch out on, and a kitchen with just about everything youâd need to eat in. Loved being near a shopping area but tucked away from traffic. Canât wait to come back.
We have stayed in Augusta each year when we were in town for the Turtle Tournament. This time we were traveling with a friend that joined us. Ryan's home was cheaper than two hotel rooms and so much more comfortable. Thank you Ryan, your home was clean, convenient and comfortable. We will consider it for a further visit.
The property was perfect in every way. Very clean and a well stocked kitchen. A techieâs dream property! But the best part was the owner himself...went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He even texted to make sure we slept well. We highly recommend this property if you ever need a place in Augusta!
When we arrived the location was not in the proximity of the course as was represented and the neighborhood the neighborhood was not what was expected. We had to find a hotel at the last minute and it cost us three times as much. Thankful I purchased Insurance.
We stayed for 21 days in this cottage.
Things we liked;
*great WiFi speed
*huge tvs with surround sound
*loved having a washer/dryer. All the appliances were
nice.
*location close to our family, good restaurants, and
places to explore.
*good sized inside space and fenced in backyard
Disappointments;
*the dog next door that barked many nights and daysâŠ
nonstop
*the outside grill was too dirty to use
*the outside furniture was not as nice as pictured. One
chair was rotting. There was no hammock.
*there were wasp nests in the bench and on the
canopy.
*weird personal items everywhere
*most VRBOs we have stayed at have a welcome note
with a rule/procedure booklet. Coffee is usually
provided with other amenities⊠We searched and
found the rules in a drawer. It turns out our entry code was the same as the previous visitors.
We really wanted to like this place and use it every year đą
Overall the home was nice. Bed was comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The cons :
1. House smelled like dog when you walk in.
2. Overloaded with furniture and nic nacs
3. Needed dusting.
4. Dryer filter looked like it had never been cleaned. Was packed with lint.
5. Dead bugs all over window sills in breakfast area.
6. I didnât realize someone lived in the home. Closet full of clothes and shoes.
7. Towels smelled sour because they were not dried completely. I washed all the towels.
8. Lots of dog hair on master bedroom blankets.
10. No hair dryer
Overall I donât think I would stay agAin. Ryan was very nice. I just didnât feel comfortable with all of his things there because he lives there. .
Starbucks coffee, friends, tech gadgets, family, and beach vacations are five things I can't live without. I love meeting new people from totally different walks of life, sharing our stories and sometimes finding the world is not so big after all. When I travel I like to view the experience through the lens of a local resident. Life is too short not to laugh hard at least once every day, even if it's at your own misfortune.
Say hello to your home away from home. This cottage provides an ultra clean comfort experience with many modern amenities. Three smart TV's, blazing fast wi-fi (175mbs !!!), state of the art work station with 4K monitor. Whether it's napping in the backyard hammock (very quiet neighbors), preparing a meal in the nautical themed kitchen, or sleeping in 800 thread count sheets for reportedly "the best night sleep ever!" by guests, you'll always want to stay another night!
This home is extremely well cared for and has upgrades that have been made in every part of the house. Hardwood flooring throughout the whole house, theme-based decorations, high quality furniture, the latest technology, and so much more.
