This 4 Bedroom - 3 Bath home is located on the prestigious Granada Golf Course in H.S.V. This is one of the highest rated courses in the state, for beauty & fun. Our 2-story home is the perfect vacation getaway for both golfers & non-golfers.
The floor plan boasts n open concept for living & dining. On the main level there are 2 master bedrooms with king beds & their own bathrooms. Upstairs in bedroom #3 is another king bed. Also, bedroom #4 has 2 twins and the 3rd bathroom sits between the two bedrooms.
The outside covered patio area is open to the golf course. Enjoy sitting outside to BBQ or to simply look at the peacefulness down the course...this is a perfect place to round out your day.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking.
Not wanting to cook...the Granada clubhouse & Granada Grill is right down the street, which features beautiful views to watch the sunset. Also nearby, is the popular 27-hole Isabella Golf Course (restaurant also).
We own several VRBO places, and can accommodate larger groups.

Hot Springs Village golf

The home was perfect for our group! This was a golfing vacation and the location on the 16th fairway was great. Mike was fantastic as a host, very attentive and responsive!!

Great Golf Trip with the boys

Had a golf trip planned with 3 other guys. House was amazing, right on the course and in great condition. If I needed anything, host responded very quickly. Will definitely stay here in the future. Looking forward to it.

Terrific golf location

My wife and I stayed here and it was a beautiful home with a great golf course view. We were about one minute from the clubhouse. The bedroom was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the golfers during the day and deer at dusk. Great place to stay for an HSV vacation.

5 stars all the way!

No shortcuts! Everything provided for cooking, and even enough cleaning supplies for our stay. We grilled burgers one evening on the grill & enjoyed the outdoor seating. Hot Springs Village had wayy more to offer than we anticipated, but we also weren't too far from downtown to enjoy that as well. It was a great family vacation for the 8 of us! Mike was a great host!

Great Option for HSV Getaway

Great property location and home. All the comforts of home from garage to laundry room with plenty of space for a family. Loved the view of golf course, and played a round too. Host communicated timely and was ready with any questions we had.

Very Nice!

Having rented through other rental agencies in the past for Hot Springs Village and finding them difficult and less than accommodating, working with Mike was an absolute pleasure. The house was perfect too. Will definitely be staying here again.

Family time

The house was great! Very clean and perfect for 5 of us. Worked great for my mom at 91years old! The village is lovely and quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

A Birthday Celebration

We have friends in Hot Springs Village, actually just 1/2 mile from this house. That was the original reason for picking this house. And what a GREAT decision that turned out to be. The one issue we had was the gas tank to the grill turned out to be empty. The owner of the home immediately made that right with a new tank within minutes. Mike was Great to work with. The house was in Great Shape. Honestly one of the nicest properties we’ve rented on VRBO. I would Highly recommend this property. The back yard is literally a fairway on one of the many golf courses in the area.

Thanksgiving family reunion

Beautiful and well kept property. Open floor plan with air/heating thermostat on first and second floor. This time of year fireplaces add to the coziness of our stay but aren’t always available for use by the property owners. This property offered a premium electric fireplace we were happy to use in the evenings. Thanks to our property host, our stay was one we will remember, thanks again Mike.
