Our home is 1.3 miles from Vanderbilt beach. It is less than a mile from Mercato for upscale shopping and dining.

The open-concept living area includes the living room, dining area, and an open kitchen with a large island.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, an island with 4 bar stools and stainless steel appliances. The refrigerator has filtered water and ice dispenser. The dining room has a large table.
The living area has a large sectional sofa and matching chair, a huge 75' Smart TV with Comcast Cable and Netflix. It also has high tray ceilings and a wall of sliding glass doors overlooking the pool deck and outside entertaining area.

The exterior living space has a private enclosed saltwater pool with attached spa. The outdoor patio area has a sectional sofa, 4 chaise loungers, a large dining table, and a Weber gas grill. Pool floats and toys are also available.

The house provides 3 full bathrooms. The master bathroom features double vanities, bathtub, a luxurious walk-in shower and a separate room for the toilet. The 2nd bathroom is attached to the queen bedroom and has a large walk-in shower. The 3rd bathroom has a large vanity and walk-in shower.
All bedrooms, have high quality new mattresses. The Master bedroom has a King bed and a 65' Smart TV. The Queen bedroom also has a 50' Smart TV.
