We really enjoyed this house and our stay in Naples Park. The house was in great shape, comfy beds, and nice kitchen with lots of supplies. We loved the screened patio, pool, spa, and putting area too. It was also a great location. We rented a golf cart and were able to get to restaurants and the beach. Lots of fun!

Great place to spend time in Naples!

Very clean, organized, has all amenities, great pool and jacuzzi, beer to beaches… quite neighborhood and near to all key attractions. We had a great time - the host / property manager was very good to communicate with.

The pool and spa were amazing. We just had difficulty keeping them heated the last two days so we were not able to fully enjoy.The inside was clean and as pictured. Fully equipped kitchen. Furnishings could use an update but we were comfortable.Host was very responsive.

We had a fabulous vacation with our family. This house was a perfect fit for us. It had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, towels , linens and plenty of space Our grandkids loved the pool and putting green as did we. We ate most of our meals out in the lanai as it was a great space and we enjoyed the weather. We used the bikes to check out the area. Vanderbilt beach area had everything we needed to access. I can’t say enough about the property and how it was everything we needed to enjoy our time there. Jen the property manager was awesome. A phone call or text away fromAny questions we had. We will be back. Thanks for helping us create memories.

excellent stay

We went on a July 4th weekend celebration plan with friends and it was a wonderful plan. The house was very comfortable for our group, it was very clean, the pool area was spectacular, we loved it. We had many restaurant options nearby (Mercato), the hostess was very friendly we had excellent communication, I would not have any doubt in staying here again.

Good location, nice pool and clean house.

Overall great experience!! Wonderful communication with the property manager at any time. Pool was perfect temperature on a hot day and house was close to all needs. FYI; the putters for the putting greens were toddler size, we should have brought our own and beds didn't feel like queens, defiantly fulls. Would stay again and recommend!

Great Naples Home

Great home. Property manager was very responsive to all questions. Property was better than advertised. Pool was big enough for 5 kids and 4 adults to all have fun at the same time without feeling crowded. It is a little bit of a hike to the beach, but plenty of public beach access to park at. Highly recommend!

Great house

Great house close to many things including the beach! Great pool and hot tub! Our only complaint would be the no hot water/barely warm and the construction going on at the end of the street right in front of this house makes it very noisy and hard to get in and out of the driveway!

Had a lovely week stay in Naples, ideally located for grocery shopping. Short drive to all the Naples facilities.Check-in was simple and provided all the required codes and need to knows. In through the front door and your into the kitchen area that was fully stocked including enough plates for a small army! Lovely pool area with a chipping ara to work on your short game. The shed had beech chairs, and toys with a couple of coolers and sun shades.Great location, great house with everything you need to have a fantastic holiday.

Beds are listed as all queens BUT they are all full sizeWe were counting on that with small kids so we had to do rearranging and just make due Kitchen not well stocked not enough silverware 2 containers with lids for food storage In my opinion house needs some TLC

Family Vacation

Overall we had a really nice stay, couple of callouts - the house was not cleaned appropriately. The floors were pretty dirty, including the downstairs bathroom, and downstairs bedsheets were not changed out. The pool was pretty dirty upon arrival for a Sat-Thurs rental. Thankfully, the management company sent the pool cleaner over Monday.The beds were listed as queen, they really felt like double beds.The communication and check-in process was incredibly smooth. And the location was great. We had a really nice time.

Thank you for the review, Jill. I'm sorry you felt that the beds were not up to par. We pride ourselves on cleaning and I get nothing but raving reviews! The beds were clean and changed, as they are after every guest that checks out, including all bathrooms and any other room within the property. Our properties go through a very thorough cleaning process. But not once did you ever mention during your stay you were unhappy about it. This is why I provide concierge service via my cell, so you can call me if there is something you're not happy with. And yes, the beds are all queens, exception to the bunk bedroom. Horrible property

Do not rent this place. The owner uses any excuse to keep the deposit. The property wasn’t clean at all- we found USED CONDOMS in the closets and many other nasty items under beds and furniture. We left the place cleaner than we found it, and the owner-management company filed a claim for a dirty carpet when the carpet was nasty to begin with. I give this place a -0 if such rate existed. I will post a negative feedback about this property everywhere possible to keep people from making the mistake I made- renting this horrible place.

I apologize to all who are hoping to rent “The Villa” in the future. I am sorry you had to read this vulgar and inaccurate fictional accounting. These are lies. This renter violated several of the house rules. They harbored a dog and they parked on the lawn. Future renters rely on our rules being honored so they can have as wonderful an experience at “The Villa” As our past renters. Please read those honest reviews. House rules state that if you park on the lawn you will forfeit the deposit. This is to protect the irrigation system that keeps the landscaping beautiful for you to enjoy. We have the property professionally cleaned between renters with special attention payed to COVID precautions. The cleaners filled several industrial bags of garbage, including organic matter after this renter’s stay. We professionally cleaned the carpeting to protect those with pet allergies. I hope all of you get the opportunity to enjoy beautiful southwest Florida with a relaxing retreat at “The Villa”!!

Family get together

Our first impression was "wow", isn't this great. New kitchen, dining room staged for dinner party, new bathroom, big TV in living room and glass doors looking out onto covered porch, pool and spa. However, when you walked out onto the porch it was littered with nails, bits of wood and debris. Hadn't been swept. Up stairs in the master BR there was no king bed as was ststed on the website. There was no shade over the large tub in the mstr bath although there seemed to be hardware for it. The bunk room which slept 4 had a large closet but no dresser or place to put clothing. The main bath on the second floor, which if you were at full capacity (6 guests), had no towel bars or hooks for towels/clothes. Fortunately the management company was very responsive and took care of the lack of towel bars and lack of covering on the bathroom window as well has having the porch cleaned. They were also very responsive in helping with pool temperature issues. In spite of these initial issues, we did have a great time in the house. Its located in a good location and comes complete with several usable bikes and many beach chairs, umbrellas and toys The kitchen had lots of glassware and dishes but only 5 teaspoons. Lid for broiler pan but no pan. Ran out of propane first time using the grill but there was a full backup. Overall, nice house and with the timely help of the management company was a very good rental. We would go back.

Great place to stay

The house, pool, hot tub, and location were great. Just a short trip to the beach and other local entertainment. The house was clean, and the kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. We had a wonderful time and recommend this property.
