Three blocks from the beach and three blocks from Asbury shops and restaurants, this lovely 2nd floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms condo sleeps 8. A king bed, queen bed, and 2 sets of twin bunks beds will fit two families. Large outdoor deck area to relax and enjoy your nights. Newer kitchen, remodeled bathrooms, new living room set, and new smart TV will help you all feel at home. We hope you will enjoy as much as we do!

Great location!

This was a great place to stay for our family, which includes a 2 and 3 year old. The location is very close to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. the owner was very responsive to any questions that we had leading up to, and during the stay. Would stay here again for sure!

Awesome place

Great location. Still on the quiet side of Asbury but close enough to walk to some of the stores and only a few blocks to the beach and boardwalk. The place itself is beautiful,clean, and well appointed. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and clean. 10/10 would definitely stay again. We had a blast.

Great location

The house was clean and just as advertised. The owner let us you the chairs and beach cart that were contained in the garage, which saved us some room when packing for the week. All of the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-appointed. Thanks

Perfect Vacation Rental

Location, location, location! This home was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Walking distance to all the shops on Asbury. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed and then some! Loved eating dinner on the deck and enjoying some morning coffee. The owner Jim was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. My family enjoyed a great week here at this home and are hoping to return again next year. Thank you Jim and family!

Ocean City Memorial weekend trip

Wonderful property just a few minutes walk from the boardwalk and beach and very close to great breakfast, lunch, dinner options in the town. Bedrooms were great. Kids 3-7 y/o loved the bunk beds; one teenager loved the bigger bedroom and teenager who didn't want to bunk with smaller kids was very comfy on the couch. Great balcony for breakfast, dinner table for 8. Laundry machines were helpful. Great assortment of beach items, (buckets, shovels, boards, carts, etc) so we didn't need to bring our own. We traveled from Kansas to OCNJ and would absolutely stay here again with our family of 7!

Great Memorial Day Stay

We had a great time over Memorial Day weekend at this condo. It's up-to-date and very clean; there was beyond plenty of room for us. It was nice having the second story deck to sit outside; our almost 2 year old loved watching people and their dogs pass by. It's within short walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and most importantly, ice cream. Jim was great and very responsive. Having access to the garage to park our stroller and beach supplies was amazing - no need to lug them up the steps or fold them up in the car every time we went somewhere. We will definitely be staying here again!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. We want to go back next year. Location was good and the condo was very clean. The only thing we missed when we signed up was that we need to bring all of the linens but we made do. We had a very nice vacation.

Great place with a nice location

We had a great stay with our family. We have an infant and two other children so we wanted to stay somewhere clean and within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and coffee. And this place had all of that. I would recommend!

We spent a wonderful week within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, and downtown shopping. The house was clean and comfortable, and the beach equipment and trolley were much appreciated! Communication was easy and Jim was very responsive.

Ocean City Getaway

My family of four enjoyed every minute in this space and there was definitely plenty of space for more people. We loved the home and the location. It was a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We enjoyed our time so much that we asked to stay an additional day! We were so lucky there was availability. The owner was very easy to get in contact with. 10/10 would recommend staying here with your family :)

The Perfect Location to Relax

Three friends had a weekend getaway as a Mother’s Day treat to ourselves. Unfortunately Mother Nature felt she needed to be in charge. Rain and high winds all weekend. Fortunately, the place was so clean and comfortable and if we had to spend so much time indoors, we were happy it was here. Jim was very quick to reply when we needed to contact him. The location is a short walk to the beach and convenient to stores. Would rent again without hesitation.

Lovely Home - Perfect Location!

Our family travels to Ocean City quite frequently and I will say this location is one of the best by far. It's just a few blocks from the beach, down the street local shops (including Starbucks!) and overall quiet neighborhood. Owners were gracious and helpful (my mother left a bag to which they sent back.) Plenty of space inside for family of 4, plus seating for additional 4 visiting for the day for Thanksgiving dinner. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. Would hands down stay here in the future.

Relaxing week at the shore

I stayed here with my mom and brothers and had a few day guests here and there. Felt like home and had all of the amenities you could need staying away from home! Jim checked in on us before our visit and during which was very thoughtful. Location was amazing and so close to the beach and boardwalk. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay at the shore.

Excellent Clean Well Located OC Rental

Really enjoyed our 2 week stay. Me, wife, and 4 kids were very comfortable. Very clean and well furnished property. Off street parking and storage for beach stuff. Nice location close to beach, boardwalk, and Asbury Ave shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.
