An experience like no other in Craig! Stay at this charming yurt on the Missouri river and enjoy coffee on the deck that overlooks the river or walk down the street to the local fly shops, restaurants and bars. The yurt is a quick eight minute drive from the Wolfe Creek take out or nineteen minutes to Holter lake! The yurt features two bedrooms with one queen bed per room, living room, kitchen and covered deck with a view. The guest house consist of two separate detached bedrooms each sleeping 2 guests per room. The bathhouse has two private fully furnished restroom and shower facilities.
This Yurt was really neat! Better than I expected. Unique, comfortable and a beautiful deck overlooking the mighty Mo. Itâs right in town so a tap house and grill, restaurant and local bar are all just down the street. Nice stay.
Very pleasant stay with morning coffee on the covered riverside deck and evening sundowners. Well stocked with everything you would need. Craig is not well supplied so bring all your food with you. Just a cool comfortable property.
Four buddies traveling to Montana to reconnect and fly fish - we could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. The Yurt is fun, comfortable and unique. The deck is perfect for early morning coffee and planning and fish stories over a beer after a great day on the Missouri. Comfortable beds and thoughtful touches like covered places to hang your waders to dry. Do yourself a favor and book today!
In a lifetime of renting, I have never experienced a rental unit with outdoor bathrooms. the description says Four bedrooms and two bathrooms and doesnât mention the fact that the bathrooms are in an outbuilding and therefore in order to use them, you have to go outside and expose yourself to the elements. Very dishonest not to mention this the kitchen lacked an oven, a stove, top, and a dishwasher. Very disappointing for $600 a night.
Third time staying here. Fantastic place on the river and right in the middle of the metropolis of Craig! It would be better if there were a stove and dishwasher but once you get it in today house you understand why they couldnât put it there. You can cook on two hot plates and also an outdoor barbecue grill. The rest of the kitchen is great with nice refrigerator and microwave will stay there again. Itâs perfect for what we like to do which is fish hard all day come home and chill. Go to Issacs and go to bed. I highly recommend it.
Yurt has great views and we enjoyed spending time on the deck. There are 2 bedrooms in the yurt and 2 good sized rooms in the second structure. Itâs important to note that are 3 buildings, the yurt, second structure with 2 additional bedrooms and the bathroom building. It is well maintained and overall quite clean. I was a little off put by the mouse traps, but this seems to be a thing in the area. (There were traps in another house we rented as well.) The yurt is very close to the fishing ramp in Craig-a short walk to the ramp. Itâs a quick drive to the Wolfe ramp. Communication from the host was horrible!! I have never had such issues with any rental. It took 3 messages through VRBO, 2 phone calls through VRBO, and a search and subsequent phone call to their outfitter company number before we received the information regarding how to check into the rental. I was quite concerned at one point that we werenât going to have a place to stay. We finally got the info the morning of checkin, which I donât have a problem with but they should let customers know when and how the check in information will be shared, especially if itâs not proved in the auto email thatâs sent 3 days ahead.
