Belle, grande maison sur la magnifique rivière Missouri

Une très belle maison avec absolument tout dans une maison moderne. La pêche dans le canal latéral juste en aval de la maison est parfois épique, et très patinable à 4K - 6K CFS. La maison est à seulement 1/4 mile en aval de la rampe de mise à l'eau de Prewwet Creek, sur la même route de gravier. Pas de roues sur le trottoir équivaut à un voyage relaxant! Je recommande d'arrimer le bateau sur la rive en face de la maison à la fin de la journée et de faire le flotteur de 4 milles jusqu'à Pelican Point le matin. De bonnes choses sont très possibles là-bas. Revenez à la maison pour un cocktail, un dîner, une douche et détendez-vous. Répétez ensuite.
La propriété est entièrement clôturée et accepte les chiens. Cependant, les propriétaires vous demandent de venir chercher vos chiens.

The perfect stay

Very comfortable stay and excellent location on the Mo. The house was clean and well stocked with the basics. The beds are amazing! Large enough for friends and family to gather but still cozy. Being right on the river was a bonus!

A group of us stayed at the Casne Home and it was exactly what was portrayed online and we had a great stay. Would absolutely book here again. Big shout out to the hosts for sharing their little piece of heaven with us!

Lovely Stay for Fishing trip

We enjoyed the location of the house. It was clean and comfortable. The beds and linens were very nice and the mattresses were comfortable. There were deer by the road at night and sweet bunnies in the yard. We would stay again.

Great place on the beautiful river!

Really nice and clean home for the 5 of us to spend the weekend. beautiful views of the river. Power outage due to storm and the property owner was very personable and responsive. He drove over and took out the trash, brought some extra necessities and was a great host. Would love to stay here again!

This house was set up very well for 4 adults and our 2 dogs. Perfect fenced yard on the river. Easy access to fishing and local restaurants and close access to airports. Beautiful area

Great place to relax

Lovely place . We’ve been coming to Cascade for years to fish so this was our second stay there , it’s allot better than camping :) We were hardly there except to sleep & have breakfast but we enjoyed it when we were there. Loved hearing coyotes & owls at night . Throughly enjoyed the family of muskrats in the river behind the house & the wild rabbits that were in the yard every morning and night. Cascade River grill down the road has the best cheeseburgers!

Very convenient.

We staged our fishing days very well from this location. Guides were able to pick us up each morning. View was amazing. Accomodations were excellent stocked with all necessities for cooking perfect meals. Definitely will book again.

Beautiful property on the river!

Beautiful property that is comfortable and clean. Every bedroom has an air conditioner which made sleeping very comfortable. There is no longer a playground, but communication with Ryan on this was smooth and easy. He responds to all questions very quickly.

Lewis and Clark would not have bothered with the Pacific..

if they could have stopped here. The house is comfortable and the location is beautiful. We have been return guests because it offers a great place for our family to spend time together and enjoy Montana.

Fantastic Stay

Perfect place and location for anyone fishing the Missouri River. Lots of room, fully stocked kitchen, and grill for steaks makes this just right. We'll be back next year.

Great Getaway

This is a beautiful spot on the Missouri and a comfortable house to spend time. With the fenced yard and swingset, our son and dogs had great fun hanging out between time fishing and exploring.

Family Time

This place was amazing! Youncan walk out back and relax lookongnat the river. We were able to catch a few nice ones out back also. We will definitely stay here the next time we come if it is available.

Peaceful

The house had everything we needed and was in a gorgeous location. We don't fish but enjoyed sitting outside enjoying the view and watching the boats drift by. We saw eagles hunting fish and catching one, too. The entire backyard was fenced so the pups could be out with us and no need to worry about them getting in the river. The front was also fully fenced which made it a no worry trip about the pups getting out when they saw the deer. We took some beautiful day trips exploring the sights.

Very comfortable, very convenient!

We had two small families staying together, about half of who were fishing. The house, the yard, everything couldn't have been more comfortable. Plenty of space for gatherings and a great space and layout for privacy. There are also a few nice spots right in front of the property and just a short walk down the road near a fishing access site for wade fishing. And as it turned out, the guides we were fishing with used that access site for a take out spot so we were able to invite the whole crew down for a nice post fishing happy hour in the back yard, comfortably enjoying some great conversation and the beautiful river view. Anna was very responsive and considerate in answering our texts on some minor questions. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and can't wait to come back!

Great location

The location was great. It’s located near a boat launch. You could also put in up above at dam or Craig, float to house, tie boat up, then float to cascade next day. House and parking area were great and accommodating for 3 boats/trailers. The back yard space was secure and great for the dog. Some cons that can easily be fixed: Front deck going into house was cob-webbed with spiders everywhere. The back covered patio was the same, tables and chairs were filthy and unusable until we cleaned it all. Grass not mowed. That wasn’t that big of a deal but because we had a dog, it wasn’t visible to see where he pooped. They had a poop bucket and scooper but it was not emptied. It had poop still in it and rain water etc. it was rank. We cleaned all of it up. The kitchen sink pipe underneath must have had a loose fitting or something because we opened up the underneath and it had water all over after we washed some dishes. The bedrooms had garbage under bed and spiders on floor, ceiling, and windows inside. We would get rid of them, then the window would have more the next morning. Our Family recreates and camps outdoors, and are aware we live with rodents and critters. Inside the house, this was something that should be addressed. Our Family did a lot of cleaning pertaining to issues I mentioned. The path to get to river is steep and can be challenging for older or less mobile people. Their Friend and neighbor said we could use their path which was easier for our Uncle. Our Family enjoyed each other and the property, floated the river and played lots of cards. Would we stay again? Yes, as long as the cons I mentioned were attended to. We left the property cleaner than what it was.

Good base camp for fishing

Nice setting on the water. Plenty of privacy, quiet and centrally located to where we fished. Great burgers at restaurant c the street.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The State Park access is really nice. You can walk down the tracks and be there in less than 5 minutes. The boat ramp is so close that you don't have to put wheels on pavement. The wade fishing in the side channel is as good as it gets. It's a big sweetheart of a house. Very lucky to call it mine!
